I would think that you would need surgery to remove the implants. I’m use to them viewing everything I do, so I don’t worry about the implants. If you removed the implants, they would just use other ways to watch you. You can’t escape it.

See the current Reality Check interview on the Expansions site how vision monitoring is done. Not easy to flush.  Also no  oobe problem, because it can be done 'anytime' via timefolding.

I know the Dulce book. I read that long ago. But I no longer remember everything. Have you tried the exercises that SilverInfinity sent you?

All programmed people have physical implants that can be seen in X-rays. They are all over your body and moles will usually grow over them. Stewart says that you can deactivate the implants by flushing them with violet. He also says that you can bring them to the surface by putting Castor oil on them everyday.

Did you get the Sexuality book yet? In that book Stewart shows the standard array areas of where implants are in the body. At the pineal gland, under each arm, behind each nipple, just below the navel, and in the scrotum on males. Then you can have additional implants just about anywhere.
