The technology is Atlantean?I remember this incident even though it was a long time ago.But,I was not deep in thought when this happened.The second that I saw him staring at me,he started annoying me,and at that time,I was an extreme hothead, and very little was needed for my eyes to change their appearance as well,so when I started staring back at him,that was a precursor for that change to happen.He could not penetrate anything in that second because I start accumulating astral energy around me.I have been looking for them ever since you helped me find out about them,but I never encounter any of them.

I wasn't in deep thought either MC but I did surprise them. By that I mean I came up from behind them as they were fiddling with some sound equipment for their presentation ,they quickly turned being startled by me and there were the black eyes One could loose their self in them.

It was later during an "exercise" that the etheric rape was attempted. During this I found my consciousness at the ceiling and beyond. It was an auditorium lke room with very high ceilings and I felt as tall and taller. I was talking to them and singing in what I thought was a soft voice but my companions said that it was booming. Now this is going to sound very strange and I'm not so sure I understand it myself but a part of me really wanted to be angry with this person but a larger part of me felt nothing but compassion. Since then I've felt my Higher Self intervened and forbid this attempt .

You don’t encounter them because you are looking for them and you have your protection up, they have this intelligence that allows them to see us with a kind of glow, so you stick out in a crowd, they zoom in. they are not designed to instigate anyone looking for them, they are programmed to blend and put fear into any person who is energy sensitive, because I will be honest and tell I do not fear anything, but in that millisecond of a moment when you first see it, I had fear in me the first time, because that is my human response, I had no control over that feeling, it is instinct and automatic, but it teaches you to control that instinct, just like the first time you see an alien or a ghost, you don’t say ‘how’s your day been’!

This technology is originally Atlantean and it is being used now by the internal government and the assistance of which aliens, I am not sure. Hybridization was a very important, yet incredibly cruel and ruthless program.
I know many will disagree with my thoughts on them versus us, but they can not control us the way that they would like, so during the era of abductions, all those so called miscarried fetus’s allowed cloning and with the already known technology and modern times it was possible, they can not beat us literally so they must merge us with artificial life, we are already eating 80% artificial food, our life is becoming artificial and once we accept it, what will happen? that is the million dollar question.

The hybrids are not always going to expose themselves with the black eye affect, they are among everyone, they look and feel like us, but the difference is they have an artificial life energy compared to the soul essence being ours. They do not have free thought or will like us, and they are programmed like a computer and there are many emotions that they just can not calculate.

This technology is from the Atlanteans, and anyone involved with hybridization during that era will be affected, and it is your part of your purpose to understand and expose it.

Do they have more certain professional positions or jobs in life ?

I think about legal profession and medical profession or government.

The information gathered so far suggests that the black eyes are not in the general population work force, however the #3 level hybrids are as you say in all government areas particularly the health industry – hospitals and social services like social security and law enforcement. These areas are where people are already distressed so the energy is very accessible.

I do not know what level 3 hybrids are, but I would otherwise agree with your assessment, having interacted with numerous individuals over the years in all of the occupations Octahedron mentions.  Government is by far most infected with a disturbing wierdness.  I think you have to be sensitive to notice this.  I have observed some very strange things in government. Most people in those environments seem to be oblivious to these anomalous occurrences, at least consciously.  My experience is that I began to notice these things more and more as my frequency and awareness rose.

..All hybrids have one skill; energy projection, and each level has their own target. The main purpose of all of them is to change the frequency of the location, and to find those among us who are able to pick up the higher levels of frequency. Find a target and interfere with that target.
This is what will happen if you see one, firstly you will feel strange like something is about to happen, you instinctively look around your immediate environment, you seem to lock on to a person, the reason will be unknown logically, you will either feel scared by the intense stare, or if you know your energy well it will feel ‘entered’ it is then you must react quickly because the process has already begun. ....

I have never encountered such a hybrid, I think, but I do recognize this process also in salespeople pushing "psychic energies" to manipulate the "reality" on their clients to make sales.

In one industrial case it was so obvious for me, I needed all my psychic powers to point the salesperson he has no chance with me and saying "I'm not allowed to make a decision and my boss is on holidays for 3 weeks", until he finally went off.

In the past, I had an insurance agent in my house, who thought he could sell everything to me, without even asking permission. I said, "I'm the one who makes the decisions after I've studied your information", before I could make an accident. 

These vampires who changes energies do exist, yes. But this black eyes/hybrid topic is quite new/unfamiliar for me.

I don’t think your experiences were with hybrids, I have not heard of them ever being in your face like that, hybrids are a mixed genetic structure with a synthetic Etheric essence, and they tend to be in positions where personal confrontation or contact is avoided.
If you are out in public, on a train or bus, or in a shopping complex, in a busy street or food court, at a hospital or government aid/assistance office, this is where you will find them.

If you are in a busy street and you look around and see someone in the distance staring at you, and you feel different from that stare, it is a very weird sensation like that person is reading you and not just looking at you. You do not feel basic fear, it is very hard to explain in words, it is like your heart beats a little faster and you feel invaded, sometimes tingling, you just feel totally alone in the world for one millisecond, and it does take some practice to become defensive from the energetic projection.

Spiritvoyager has it down perfect, once your frequency awareness rises, you ‘feel’ it, it is the only way to be sure and also that no one else is seeing it, it is totally oblivious to the general population, the anatomy is the same as you and me, and I believe the other main reason the black eyes show you this affect is to prove you that you are aware of their presence but how do you prove it to anyone else? The eyes blacken with a horizontal method, because the purpose of the hybrids is to structure us to a horizontal energy structure. Our energy works vertical, so that we equally receive the element of earth and universe. When your energy becomes horizontal you become lodged within the physical frequency.
All the negative attributes of feelings/emotions take on a horizontal direction, this is their principle function.

I can testify to this . For a millisecond it's just you and that being in a black world. Or so it seems.My friends have been nearby in these confrontations and didn't see a thing out of sorts.

Two of these beings that I know of are metaphysical teachers as I mentioned before. They are both scientists one being a geologist the other I've forgotten exactly.

I have no evidence MN, but I can only say what I have put together, it is like your experience, they are telling you that we can get to you while in the company of others and they are none the wiser, it is me and you!
I was with my best friend and we shared the experience, we both felt the time shift or I prefer to say the time ‘freeze’, both our minds were vacant momentarily, and we both seen the eyes turn black, I think the only way this was possible is the fact that we share a connective frequency, it is a long story, but the resonation of our ‘separate Etheric’ function as one when we are together, but she did not pick up the telepathic message.
There are reports that more and more people are seeing it collectively, so the information might be a little scattered now, but I know this will change the more we discuss and put the pieces together.

I find it very interesting about the geologist in particular and I can see great motive in such a position. Yes they are in abundance as metaphysical teachers and new age philosophies, they want your energy because without it you are nothing and I mean nothing.
