Who are these black eyed people? whats their agenda?

I cant find anything about them anywhere.From Cliffs stories i gather they are very powerful..Anyone who has been in contact with them,maybe you would be so kind to share your experiences,tell us about any interesting things theyve said to you or any phenomenal mental powers youve seen them perform.Id like to try to penetrate this mystery...

I've seen them in the states. I don't know what their agenda is except that it feels very dark .

Yea,they're in the states as well.When I was in my, maybe early twenties, I encounted them in the subway.They would walk in the subway while I was sitting,sit accross me and stare so intensly.It was a male,between 25-30.I looked away,at that time I didn't even know who the hell they were.
But he kept staring at me so intensly,and I felt some sort of energy around me,so I started getting pissed off and turned towards him and started staring back,without blinking.That's when he decided he had enough and got up gave me a dirty look and walked away,only for me to encounter a female sitting a bit further away.I mentally said,now don't you be giving me a hard time.And she didn't.Yes,their eyes turn black and they look different,kind of wooden too.They are not that powerful.If you have a powerful mind,you can whip their ass anytime.

Yes MC I agree .They don't feel very powerful but I'm not one to test them. They seem to like to employ the old shock and awe tactic. They do seem kind of wooden like at times. I saw this first in a well known metaphysical speaker .I've often wondered if I'm seeing a demonic attachment.

Yea,very interesting,whether there is a demonic attachment.I don't know.I would know now,if I encountered one,but now they won't send me one to encounter.One of my forum members has encountered an entire family of them in the Balkans and supposedly all of them are from England.They can read her mind.It seems as though one of them went on the roof of her building.For what purpose,I don't know.

I have yet to see black eyed people, but over the last 5 weeks, I have seen glowing gold, blue, green eyes, have also noticed alienish cat eyes on people... have discussed and was confirmed that they are beings with certain genetics.

There are a few different types of hybrid humans among us, the black eyes are one, if you give them a name/identification the understanding does become somewhat clearer. Over the years 4 different species have been identified, I like to call them the hierarchy of hybrids, because there are the ones who actually look quite deformed, #1, and then they rise in levels of intelligence and also looks. The black eyes are the level 4 because they are always attractive, and so far they have the greatest power of all of them. But I agree with MC that it does depend on the strength of your own mind, and also with MN that it is a scare tactic which almost always works.
Their agenda is something that at this present time is not agreeable because they continually change and develop.
All hybrids have one skill; energy projection, and each level has their own target. The main purpose of all of them is to change the frequency of the location, and to find those among us who are able to pick up the higher levels of frequency. Find a target and interfere with that target.
This is what will happen if you see one, firstly you will feel strange like something is about to happen, you instinctively look around your immediate environment, you seem to lock on to a person, the reason will be unknown logically, you will either feel scared by the intense stare, or if you know your energy well it will feel ‘entered’ it is then you must react quickly because the process has already begun.
It is then you see the eyes of this person change black, it is like a shutter door closing horizontal over the entire eye area, when you witness this it is too late, they have locked you in, and this is where the disagreement surfaces amongst those researching.
The black eyes have the ability to stop time, and during this ‘moment’ they are intruding into your electromagnetic field, it is like an Etheric rape. It is usually after the process of seeing their eyes change, you refocus and then react, however the purpose has been achieved and they walk away.
The black eyes have the ability to disappear in front of your eyes, change appearance, communicate telepathically, and alter your frequency. They are emotionless and cold, and this is the energy that you will first pick up on, because when you are energetically aware you feel it is not normal for a person to be alive that has the feel of a dead person!

Unfortunately I can attest to the statement that their main purpose is to change the frequency of location and to" find those among us who are able to pick up the higher levels of frequency" as this was my experience.

Of course!! That's why one(actually more than one) is a metaphysical speaker . The near perfect job for such an endeavor.

This is a very important topic to me, but there is not a great deal of evidence or knowledge about them, because most people are hesitant to speak of them. I am happy that you agree with me because you are one of many that do, and to be truthful I thought this would get a negative response. But with that said, if anyone does encounter one, do not think that your protection is faulty or weak, it only takes a moment of time (thinking about the kids, dinner or whatever) for this energy to penetrate, and I always say if you see it, then you experience it and understand it, which is very important.

We must remember that we are an ‘evolving race’ therefore those who try to control us must evolve also; abductions are not common now, we ‘collectively’ woke up to that deception, we are more ‘switched on’ now with understanding the agenda than ever before in our history, so a new wave of deception must be enforced.

The hybrids are not always going to expose themselves with the black eye affect, they are among everyone, they look and feel like us, but the difference is they have an artificial life energy compared to the soul essence being ours. They do not have free thought or will like us, and they are programmed like a computer and there are many emotions that they just can not calculate.

This technology is from the Atlanteans, and anyone involved with hybridization during that era will be affected, and it is your part of your purpose to understand and expose it.
