Are these hybrids with black eyes also subject to be seen in Sydney ?

Yes, but I must say that they are not out there as much lately and I can not say exactly what is happening, it could be that they are either getting better at disguise or finding the frequency difficult, still working on this one.

Hmm, interesting. I've encountered people who visited Australia and often it is in Sydney (holidays, work) and come back to Europe, tend to behave somewhat "otherwise". It's like they have experienced something strange which bring them out of balance for a while.

I totally believe this could happen as Sydney is a city unlike the others here in Australia, and I do not think it is the hybrid population that makes it that way, it seems to have a dome type energy around it which compresses people and does seem to drain their energy, there is a great deal of ELF and technology triggers, many tourists come away with dissatisfaction after visiting, it does not seem to affect Australians in the same way, but many Australians do have a dislike for Sydney, and some even consider it to be un-Australian due to its impersonal energy.
People that visit Sydney ‘only’ are not getting any true impression of Australia, it is a city designed for international guests. but I have also not been there for some time.

The same happened with a member who I spoke with on a Dutch forum who even talked about holograms appearing when using the mind to detect if such an "Auststralien" is lying or being dangerous. The black eyes and the weird feeling were the same as MC writes here.  It did give an evil deceiting appearance. The person wrote it happened in her youth until age about 25.

The person who wrote to me knows nothing about mind-control or the entire stuff we are discussing here at HCF. So, these Australiens seem to exist also in Western Europe.

Yes,they have some sort of evil thing about them.They look apsolutely like humans.I'm itching to get my hands on one.
The last one I had an encounter with was about 2-3 yrs ago,here where I am,and I was astounded when I saw him.A male about 30.I don't know if he realized that I knew what he was but when I started going towards him,he drove off.He was in a car and I was with my dad and he got so furious that he couldn't pass while my dad was trying to park the car that he kept blowing his horn.So I got out to see what idiot creature was doing this and when I saw him,
the thought did enter my mind,"if I can only get close to him to better analyze him" and that's when he sped off.
I didn't want my dad to have anything to do with him,but I knew that his technology would no longer be able to work if I could just get close to him.They are in the Balkans as well.In Croatia there seem to be some as well.I can't explain the feeling of knowing that a human looking person is not a human.But I know right away.And I know if a person is one of the hybrids with a lot of reptilian DNA.
And they know that I know,they hate me on sight.

The person the Dutch forum, was a woman and has genetics of nobiliity.

She wrote a story very similar to Cliff; like about abductions by greys in saucers and all the strange things which are also written in the 13 cubed book of Stewart.
