Battling the Dark Side: Letter from the Philippines

I found this letter to be very interesting.  It is from Ken Adachi's website, "Educate-Yourself."  It is from a woman who has been involved in trying to help clean up the lower astral realm.  She has been under great attack.

Interesting information Polly, the Philippines and Indonesia in my opinion has the greatest amount of dark energy on the planet. these countries have been used by western people for decades, even centuries for barbaric purposes. The women and children are used as pawns, they have no rights and what goes on there is truly reptilian lower realm energy, and it would take more than one person to defeat such intensity, but I must commend this woman for being so brave, she must be a true spiritual warrior to take on such a challenge. I also believe that it is these countries that will be the first to implode.

DO we enter lower astral realms in our dreams? At one point in my life- when I was very much into Christianity and Jesus- I would go to sleep and have to fight off "energies" that would appear peaceful at first, then they would attack me violently. I would have to plead the blood of Jesus over them, sometimes over and over again. Then ULTIMATELY I would defeat them. It would seem very victorious and very important to me personally.
So I am wondering if those entities (because they were real-not fantasy dreamland type) were lower astral entities. They were very angry and evil.
ALso, what the heck are dreams and why are my dream so REAL. Like another life I live?
