The sun entered Capricorn on the 22nd of December, symbolized by the goat, ruled by the planet Saturn, a cardinal quality with an earth element.

Generally, Capricorns are shy as children and seem to constantly face adversity, and it is usually the childhood interactions that establish insecurity for the adult Capricorn. The Capricorn does not like to be the ‘butt’ of a joke and many are known for their ability in saving and their stubborn nature.  

When you are loved by a Capricorn, they are generous, caring, reliable, polite and gentle. When focused, the Capricorn can achieve any goal that is desired as determination flows through their veins. Capricorns dominate the banking and accounting world, this is because of the ruling planet of Saturn.

 

Saturn is the ruler of limitations and this cycle allows prosperous energy for the illuminati. 95% of the population does not set limits during the cycle of Capricorn. Saturn is the teacher of the zodiac and it is a very important time to learn and observe, the key to Saturn is ‘circumstance’, you will be faced with many, as Saturn is the ruler of the 10th house which is associated to father, so male issues arise; being dominated or controlled.

The natural energy is always amplified, so the first interaction is ‘want’, Christmas produces the energy of want through the children, (children are power stations for energy, due to their innocence) all the parents line up voluntarily to put their child on the knee of a man who sits on an altar and who’s identity is hidden.

The second energy is sacrifice. Saturn rules banking and corporations; unwillingly spending past your limits to please others, and this increases the sacrificial energy.

The third is responsibilities and obligations, the influence of the 10th house creates silence from fear, and you participate in family gatherings, feasts and obligations.

Saturn is not all dark; it is a very constructive planet and is about foundation, so it is how strong you build the foundation that will establish the structure.

This cycle takes us through to the New Year, and out of the present one. Capricorn is an earth element and remaining grounded is not difficult. The two major energies are resistance and sacrifice, therefore do not partake in either, stay calm, listen and observe. Wishing Christmas away is sacrificing your energy to ego (feeding the energy of want), getting through it calmly is a great lesson; you have overcome a limitation of your mind-pattern.  

Currently Saturn is in Leo, so this particular cycle of energy is about YOU, so how do you create your foundation for 2007? Before the 1st of January, write a list of 12 things that you would like to achieve in the coming year, and then next to that list, write 4 things you would like to overcome, fears or faults within your personality.

This gives you 12 months and 4 elements of time to achieve these goals.  

Goals can be simple from cleaning cluttered spaces to a new job. Be specific and you will be surprised how well this works.  Following the course of nature creates your energy to flow like a beautiful stream.

Capricorns are generally great kids, a little shy and reserved preferring to keep things to themselves and you often have to be cautious with what you say, they tend to take things personal. I have a few Capricorn friends and they are all very caring and really kind. One in particular puts up with much more than she should from her personal life, she is in her late 40’s and only now is starting to stand her ground, Capricorns are born old and they grow young, it is amazing how they do this. Many Capricorn children care for their parents as they age, they take responsibility with family very serious. This time of the year should boost your daughter’s energy, but the other thing about Capricorns is that many do not like to celebrate their birthdays, does your daughter? Capricorns are rarest sign of the zodiac.

Right now my daughter is still a "partier." She likes any and all excuses to 'party.'icon_el  icon_sauf  She is only 24. But one thing you said rings true...she is ready to 'take me in' to live with her in my 'old age...' icon_altermann But then again, all of my girls said I could come live with them. But I bet you if it came down to it...they would all be in a hurry to 'pass me on' to the next one. icon_rofl
