Someone sent me this and it spans 33 years of personal note taking by a Scientist now in hiding. He covered alien crashes, interrogations and data analysis over that time. It is riveting and page 11 gives us some ideas as to the strange sounds we've been hearing as well as HAARP/TESLA technology being used not only citizens of this world but on wars beween Earthlings and Aliens. It ends at approx. 1990 when the scientist had to go into hiding. Although much of the info. is not new...there's a high quality of detail to it and some specific answers to questions that I haven't heard elsewhere. You be the judge as to whether it's a hoax or not?
