Claims that Distilled Water is Dangerous
#11
Yes, but the problem is...you take a multi-vitamin and then drink distilled water which in turn strips out all of the vitamins that you took...so it's a Catch 22 situation.

You can certainly get on a roller coaster ride of supplements; multi-vitamins do not have enough of each individual ingredient to really do much for you, some list only 1 or 2mg of each ingredient- what will that do? Everyone needs to get in a routine of what vitamins/minerals work for the body. If you do not eat enough protein then you increase the b-group and vice versa if you do. There are way too many choices out there, basics are best, no-one knows your body better than you. Shawn taught me that the best way to keep the body ship shape is berries, yes one or two cups per day and that will keep the whole system in good health and do not drink distilled water.

Iam, If you want to drink distilled water, there is a distiller that makes living water and it leaves the minerals in the water.
