I found this practical tip last night and did not post it.  But I decided to post it after seeing synchronicities referring to the technique today...

"I explore the Original Imprinting of my soul-personality when it came out of the God-Mind."

Move your conscious mind back even further, to the time when your soul-personality was deep within God-Mind. Use the gold “Aleph” at the pineal gland, or the gold upper case “G” to connect you to this aspect of the soul-personality.  Janet.

Maybe someone can share their experiences and thoughts, because this technique sounds very ambiguous.

Although the golden "G" is used in freemasonry... I think it has a positive side because the Swerdlows encouraged its use (just don't visualize the measuring tools behind the G).

Hi there Silver Infinity.I actually did this HHT and found it very unusual.I immediately found i had Royal Blue Light flashing at my Pineal Gland and get more and more intense and then i saw Gold Light everywhere and felt a great uplifting feeling and actually heard myself give a huge sigh of relief as if a burden of great tiredness had been lifted from me. The letter G as for God Mind is used for Masonic Rituals by Reptile-Human hybrid Scottish Rite Freemasons and York Rite Freemasons but like you i have never heard of this new HHT from Stewart Swerdlow or Janet Swerdlow before.It certainly seems very interesting though.Take care my friend.

After visualizing the golden "G" archetype I felt a great pain from my pineal gland expanding.  But that's all for now.

I was very surprised when one of Janet's practical tips mention the letter "G" in gold.  First, it was entirely new to me as a HHT technique.  Second, I knew it was used in masonic rituals.  Until now, I never knew who specifically used it in rituals.

I feel the "G" allows me to trace back to my original frequency through mental tones and feelings.  Then I feel more easily forgivable of myself.

I would like to know how God-Mind or "G" is used in luciferian rituals... I do not feel right about using something part of luciferian rituals...

The T-Square is used in Scottish Rite Freemasonry in Masonic Rituals therefore it is used in Lucifer Rituals as well by the Illuminati.In Freemasonry the Masons use the G with an inverted T-Square below the G and a Compass above the G as a Lucifer Symbol. Perhaps this is symbolically stating to them that Lucifer is God in their eyes and also G for God Mind is entrapped by in their view the power of Lucifer who used the T-Square and Compass to map and geometrically steer Humanity as they wish.The First Symbol of Freemasonry is the T-Square and Compass with the G in the middle. The T-Square is a Geometric Symbol. In Scottish Rite Freemasonry it is said cryptically 'his testimony does not T-Square with the facts of the case.' The meetings of Freemasons were always cryptically held in the 'Town Square' meaning the Masonic Lodge.

This thread will be devoted to my "G" experiments.

Here's my first experiment:  I thought about what you said.  About the compass and tools behind the "G" as a way to limit us.  I decided to do just the opposite.

I am visualizing the gold "G" in front of the brown expansions archetype (a circle with arrows inside pointing away from the center; looks like a circle with four quadrants)

I cannot describe the feeling, but my peripheral vision is expanding and my body is heating up.  I plan to visualize this for an hour...

Last night I did the gold "G" thing just for the heck of it.  Shortly after I did it, I fell asleep.  (At least I assume I was asleep when this happened.)  Anyway, I began to hear a voice telling me that my guardian's name was White Wolf.  I kept  hearing that.  Now, I don't know if it meant an actual  wolf, or if it was the name of an Indian, or someone else...all I know is that his name is White Wolf.

Pretty strange, huh?
