Depression
#1
Anyone has any idea how to relieve myself? It gets very heavy at times. I feel like crying when I'm suppose to be enjoying myself. But I don't know how to cry.

Brielfy surround yourself in Ice blue, it relieves anxiety and picks you up, but don't hold it too long as it can 'make' you depressed.

Also visualise a Green Triangle with a green dot in the middle in your heart chakra...that is archetype for happiness :)

I just sing "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" to lift my spirits.  icon_indy

(Lennon/McCartney)

Desmond has a barrow in the market place
Molly is the singer in a band
Desmond says to Molly "girl I like your face"
And Molly says this as she takes him by the hand

Ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on
Ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on

Desmond takes a trolley to the jewellers stores
Buys a twenty carat golden ring (Golden ring?)
Takes it back to Molly waiting at the door
And as he gives it to her she begins to sing (Sing)

Ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on
Ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on, yeah (No)

In a couple of years they have built
A home sweet home
With a couple of kids running in the yard
Of Desmond and Molly Jones
(Ah ha ha ha ha ha)

Happy ever after in the market place
Desmond lets the children lend a hand (Arm! Leg!)
Molly stays at home and does her pretty face
And in the evening she still sings it with the band

Yes, ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on (Ha ha ha)
Hey, ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on

In a couple of years they have built
A home sweet home
With a couple of kids running in the yard
Of Desmond and Molly Jones
(Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha)

Yeah, happy ever after in the market place
Molly lets the children lend a hand (Foot!)
Desmond stays at home and does his pretty face
And in the evening she's a singer with the band

Yeah, ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on
Yeah, ob-la-di ob-la-da life goes on bra
La-la how the life goes on

And if you want some fun
Take ob-la-di ob-la-da

[Thank you, uh, ha ha ha!]

THE BEATLES - "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" lyrics

I’m being a little silly but I thought some humor might help. :)

I remember a song like this was produced by "Marmelade".

Also classical music with piano can be helping in turn around a depression.

herbs: St. John's worth.

You'll cry at the right time..sometimes we don't let ourselves cry..we hold it all in. there's a lot of things to do to stimulate crying if you truly want to be proactive...but..i say follow the flow of oversoul.....you'll be guided at the right moment to release it....you might just want to explore stored up emotions and energies for now...:o)

.the thing is we judge ourselvs too much..sometimes we think we're weak if we cry in front of others..even society doesn't seem to allow people to truly let out the tears..some people mock each other and say"oh so and so is so emotional..oh so and so is such a baby..oh so and so is sensitive you must approach them with kidgloves..."

i know our bodies store so much of emotions and energies from not only this existence, but many other existences...you can only do so much..ask Oversoul to guide you in toit...if you feel an inkling..release it....but ask Oversoul to help you...

me---- i over think things..i'm just gonna go with teh flow now....i did want to release so much.but i think its one at a time for me..:o)

if you want..write about it..listen to sad music...just explore it..its natural..its part of the human exprience..don't deny it..and don't repress it..be proud to be a human...its okay to truly experience each emotion..positive or negative..accept each state you go through.....we gotta make our own selves up.......we're here to define what the human race really is..we're not going to be someone else's slave....we're gonna be our own people...we make our own decisions....we create our own realities....we take back our own power...

Richard, Octahedron, and PurpleParrot, thank you all for sharing your personal recipes of remedies for depression. Believe it or not but I've never heard a beatles song in my life, nor have I tried herbs like st john worts. I will look for piano music. PurpleParrot, I think I understand what you are saying. I'll basically let a higher part of myself to guide me into the right moment for release.

I do listen to depress emo/rock music to try to explore this feeling. But I probably didn't try hard enough. Now I understand as physical beings we have to understand the attributes that make our species human.

When we become our own psychologists, then we can finally take complete control of our lives in accordance to the Triad by speaking directly into God-Mind. When I read Decoding Your Life I notice that a mind-pattern is usually very complex that combines positive and negative actions. When we break one down into its conditions the result are human attributes (what makes us human) like feeling guilt, controlling and manipulation, wanting someone to be better, etc. If something is too complex, we further break it down into more basic human attributes of positive and negative actions. Once we know ourselves, we can make the decision to release what we don't desire. Do you agree?

I hope I didn't digress too far and made up some bs philosophy by accident again.

Wow, I’m in shock that you never heard a Beatles song. You don’t know what you’re missing until you listen to the Beatles. That was back in the day when you could actually understand the words to a song. Nowadays too many singers sound like they mumble when they sing and you can’t even make out the words. I remember Stewart saying they do that for programming purposes. Your conscious doesn’t understand the words but your subconscious does.

Ob-la-di is an anagram for DIABOL  (Latin: Diabolo) or ........... DEVIL  icon_2devil

The song is for worshipping the Devil.  icon_2cold

Reminds me to "Yellow Submarine" of McCartney/Lennon

Yellow --> ELF/programming

Submarine --> Subconscious matrix/mind-pattern

Interesting info Octahedron.

And Richard, I'm Beatles-deprived, lol. I know that there were a lot of great music back in the 70s because a roommate would actually sing along. He tells me that he grew up with the music because of his parents.// I agree with Stewart. Because most record singers like to mutter their words, I got used to just ignoring lyrics. But I always felt invaded when a song is finished. And then after a while, I feel the need to listen to it again. The thing is, I've been listening to mainstream music since I was 13 and now I can't quit. So the Illuminati has this music thing all figured out.
