I read your post and would like to know if you have done any of the exercises you listed and as to what your findings were.

Absolutely I have, else I would be a hypocrite.
One disadvantage with my own application is that I am not specifically programmed, was only religiously programmed.
Basic Astrology from popular sources [Linda Goodman etc] was helping make sense of many things like personal nature.
Later, I was able to study several occult texts like Kybalion and Stellar Man. The Law of Karma and the knowledge of Elements was fascinating but it still did not help elevate personal conditions.
However, the instant of seeing my Ascendant as Aries and knowing about it combined with Cancer Sun 3rd and all other aspects/planets transformed me from quiet, shy introvert to confident extrovert. I could start saying "No" and start taking quick personal decisions, and see them click in the areas of chart strength. I could stop misery in life by stopping afflicted area activity. I could sift religious truths from mind control.
Exercises related to every planet helps bring insights related to that Planet in the given Sign, and best of all, the Law of Attraction gets activated positively in terms of finding information especially with my Mercury in Gemini.
The insight of tapping Jupiter's power is thanks to Carl Payne Tobey. It worked very well for him.
I developed the Ascendant Element Exercises very recently, they behave as a mood uplifter for me but I am very confident that a Specifically Programmed Person will gain more. Programming is initiated only due to a combination of guilt and victim mindset in a past lifeline ["I deserve to be punished" sort of mind set ]. The given exercises safely bring back Personal Power and a Positive attitude.
AstroJewels has done 10 times more research than me on the susceptibility of Water Signs to programming/for programming others, once her material is out there will be even more gains for sincere deprogrammers.
I must also thank VVizz of Ur, he did not share his Natal Chart details but confirmed my research on the advantage of excess Fire in the chart for thwarting the wicked.
Till date, I have done over 2000 free astrology readings for people from over 50 countries. 3 suicidal people desisted after knowing the cause of depression in their natal charts, this is my greatest success. We can now stop the Suicide Alter/Program, and even predict when it will kick in.
All those charts [recent genre is those who feel they are Star Seeds ] give me continuing confirmation that Astrology is the way forward for liberating humanity, and hence I developed these exercises.

Thanks Baniakash, I am an active blogger on Linda-Goodman.com, and Starseeds.Net as well. Here is something you will find interesting, 60% of people who felt they were Star Seeds had a Sagittarius Ascendant, the most honest of all Ascendants along with Aries, and 90% had a conjunction of an important Astrological Object like Sun, Moon, Mercury or Asteroid AURA, SPIRIT, KARMA to the Galactic Centre in 27 Sagittarius.

astrology and programming work together perfectly, yet you can not isolate particular placements like Gemini mercury, Pisces moon,etc. its about how it works in energy form, because the Illuminati do not really work with the sign, its about how they can manipulate the energy to be transformed into something of purpose. Virgo is a perfect example of being an amplifier, Pisces a generator, yet if they have nothing to enforce then they will work as a generalized energy, and this is why the genetic family traits must come into play and this is where most people get lost!
The family creates a matrix of the entire 'energetic transference' to produce programing energy, so some members will be amplifiers and others transfers and together it creates a great deal of intensity and that is all that is important at the end of the day.

Ttue AJ, but it is a good way for those who have never even seen their chart to start. Once they know the specific energy, they can integrate. And this integration is the key to de-programing and merging Alters [if any].
Clearly the Illuminati are so successful with Water Sign Energy than Fire Sign Energy, in terms of specific trauma based programming/alter creation. And you know very well the powers of Water Signs, this is the energy that can manifest reality through sheer emotional feeling. When you see SS and Cliff's charts, Water Energy drowns out everything else [SS and Cliff have 7 major objects in Water Signs].
Imagine if they reclaimed this Water Power and used it against controllers. No programmer can build a dam against a Tsunami, thats the power available to Water heavy individuals.
BTW, Cliff's chart continues to boggle the mind with such accurate aspects. Tapping the North Node has to be more efective for him in overcoming any situation.
About the family energy, I am collecting notes on Astrological Inheritance where select planets in signs are common from grandparents and parents. This repetition continues old cycles or can even allow ineritance of programming instructions. 6th House Moon is having such a dominance in my family. I visualize forgiveness for every DNA contributer and all his or her simultaneous lifelines to overcome the negatives of this problem.
