Didn't the White House Press Secretary Say the Gulf Oil Spill was Leaked on Purpose?

I came across this video the other day that showed a White House spokes person saying that the oil in the Gulf was "leaked on purpose" and that "the well had been purposefully set off". The entire clip is interesting, but I'm particularly interested in the first 40 seconds or so.

Who is this White House guy? Did he really say that it leaked on purpose? Did he or anyone else know in advance about the Gulf oil spill? Many questions, so I did some quick digging around.

I found out that it's the White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs making the "leaked on purpose" comment while (intentional or not) miss-quoting the Ex Fema Director Michael Brown. In the process of Robert Gibbs doing so he creates confusion by taking statements out of context, fueling and even spurring on "conspiracy think" about this issue. Why?

Who ever is behind the video have also edited it in such a way that you think these words are being said by White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs himself, when he actually is miss-quoting Michael Brown. Maybe the person behind the video is not bright enough to understand the context?

Watch the below video clips and just see where this whole things starts and how the words go back and forth about who said what. It's a complete mess! The question is if THAT might be the purpose? Keep people confused and miss-informed so they won't know what the hell is going on with the oil spill or who is behind it.

You could spend days, weeks, months and at the end years searching and unraveling what is being said by whom. I come out there other end think "what a waste of time." Even giving these bozos a few hours of my time kind of pisses me off!

With that being said, I think that the ex-Fema Director Michael Brown is making some interesting points in the video's below and shockingly Fox News (in this ONE case) are acctually fairly even keeled compared to White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.

The clever FOX (666) news channel is a great outlet for government and corporate spin though. Let's not exclude CNN or the other spinner networks either. They are there to keep you busy, angry, upset, confused and wondering what the hell is going on, while you might feel that on some level you've been given some answers.

Look at the clips below, but before you do know that this brief article is not about refuting a possible conspiracy to intentionally let the oil rig explosion and consequent oil spill in the Gulf happen, quite the contrary, know that there's evidence suggesting that the Deepwater Horizon's top managers knew of problems with the rig before it exploded and that Deregulation coupled with lax government oversight (lackies appointed by Dick Cheney at the helm) lead to the omission of key safety features and protocols, a free pass for drilling licenses, emphasis on profit over safety, and absolutely NO PLAN for containment of blowouts.

Tonight, I was listening to a show about the spill. This one caller called and gave some seemingly insignificant details about the companies involved. Then he said something that sparked my interest. He spoke of the stocks dropping on both BP, and the insurer.
Then I got to thinking. When the housing crisis, and financial collapse, the people who benefited most were the ones making trades on those events were trading in derivatives. The longer this goes on, the more the stock of not just the insurer, and BP drop, but any business affected by this. It would be a great benefit to anyone trading in derivatives against the industry affected. In other words, if you were trading in derivatives right now, and until this is resolved, you'd make a S#$@load of money. It was done then, so why not now?

 In addition, the fact that the cap on the liability on oil spills was repealed is messing with the rule of law and our constitution. You see, as it was pointed out to me, it's been done retroactively. After the fact. That means it went from the ridiculously low amount of 75 million to whatever figures are being thrown around now. This being done undermines every other law of the land, as if this law is changed, any law can be changed retroactively, and offenders prosecuted under such. It's a slippery slope, with money, and public outrage,as the bait.

I've also heard the the actual source of the oil deposit, is close to 25k feet below the surface. The psi being at 55k, projecting the oil outwards. All this almost a mile deep. Since this began, the Sci's sent with Stephen Chu, [ members of the JASON Society], include a nuke weapons expert. It's been shown that in the 60's, 70's or so, it was proven that nukes could be used to plug subsurface oil wells.
I think it's very well a possibility, that after all else fails, and those who've made their money off this, and enough damage is done, this may be employed as a "regrettable but necessary" option.

We'll see in a few months.

I heard some very interesting and disturbing things about the spill. The type of oil and such, as well as the presence of Benzine in the air as a result of the type of oil. This is much worse than many can fathom.

One thing that I find interesting about all this is it was predicted in Hopi and Mayan prophecy.

As for the Hopi prophecy ,it's really hard to say that this blowout  is what is referred to as there have been many previously.

1. Kuwait - 1991 - 520 million gallons
   Iraqi forces opened the valves of several oil tankers in order to slow the invasion of American troops. The oil slick was four inches thick and covered 4000 square miles of ocean.
   
2. Mexico - 1980 - 100 million gallons
   An accident in an oil well caused an explosion which then caused the well to collapse. The well remained open, spilling 30,000 gallons a day into the ocean for a full year.
   
3. Trinidad and Tobago - 1979 - 90 million
   During a tropical storm off the coast of Trinidad and Tobago, a Greek oil tanker collided with another ship, and lost nearly its entire cargo.
   
4. Russia - 1994 - 84 million gallons
   A broken pipeline in Russia leaked for eight months before it was noticed and repaired.
   
5. Persian Gulf - 1983 - 80 million gallons
   A tanker collided with a drilling platform which, eventually, collapsed into the sea. The well continued to spill oil into the ocean for seven months before it was repaired.
   
6. South Africa - 1983 - 79 million gallons
   A tanker cought fire and was abandoned before sinking 25 miles off the coast of Saldanha Bay.
   
7. France - 1978 - 69 million gallons
   A tanker's rudder was broken in a severe storm, despite several ships responding to its distress call, the ship ran aground and broke in two. It's entire payload was dumped into the English Channel.
   
8. Angola - 1991 - more than 51 million gallons
   The tanker expolded, exact quantity of spill unknown
   
9. Italy - 1991 - 45 million gallons
   The tanker exploded and sank off the coast of Italy and continued leaking it's oil into the ocean for 12 years.
   
10. Odyssey Oil Spill - 1988 - 40 million gallons
    700 nautical miles off the cost of Nova Scotia.

 
The Exxon Valdez Spill was @ 20 million gallons I believe.

The Mayan prophecy said shortly before 2012 the Gulf sea would turn black. The Hopi 7th sigh said the sea would turn black. The Gulf is near the shores of the Mayan and Hopi homelands.  I watched it on the History Channel a long time ago. That's why I thought it was interesting that it came true.

Yes, I'm  familiar with both but don't recall Mayan prophecy being that specific and wondered if you had a particular reference.


The Hopi have many prophecies. The most familiar,the one you refer to, being the one written about by Frank Waters . This prophecy was given to a minister by the name of David Young . The story goes in 1957 he picked up an elderly hitch hiker Indian named White Feather and White Feather related the prophecy.

The Hopi and the Maya see it as a time of great transition. They both believe it's whats in the heart that matters.

I studied for a time with this fellow, Carlos Barrios and his sister Mercedes.

Carlos Barrios, who was trained as an Ajq'ij in the Maya tradition, has this to share in regards to 2012:

The only reference I have is that show. It was all about Mayan and Hopi prophecies and I was amazed how many things that they prophesied that came true. The Mayan calendar has tons of prophecy all throughout history, not just 2012.
