The form of arthritis I have, the one that is pinching cranial nerves 5, 7, 8, & 9, is caused by the ingestion of fluoride. I have copies of the government studies showing this link. I did some heavy research for water several years ago when I found out.

The only way to get out fluoride is through distillation or reverse osmosis. It was my understanding at the time that ANYTHING that will filter out fluoride must also filter out electrolytes.

So we switched to RO water and altered our diets. My elecrolytes are tested every 3 months and are always in the "optimal" range. The diet changes we made are simple - cut back on sodium to make it easier to balance, eat a banana and an orange every day, frequently eat whole grains, lentils, etc. and leafy plants.
