Can anyone out there help! I have been trying to get a new job for a long time now and am getting nowhere. I am in an industry where you can be passed project work relatively easily, but it is not great though it pays the bills, and the better jobs are the ones you have to apply/interview for. I have spent almost all of my career working on stuff that has been passed to me, whilst constantly applying for better things. In eight years I have only got one job that I had interviewed for, but it turned out to be a disaster.
I am not crazy, I dress normally, I'm not too shy or too loud, I have an undergrad and master's degree and I can't work out what in my mind patterns is causing me to fail continually. Does anyone out there have similar experiences, or any advice about identifying and correcting mind patterns responsible for this? Even when I was a teenager I could never get jobs in shops or cafes like other kids, so the mind patterns must be pretty old and ingrained. I'd be grateful if anyone could comment.

Hello bookish,
this is an interesting case.
I think mind-pattern does matter, yes; but I also think many more people in Western Society have the same feelings as you have.
Your actual mind-pattern is thinking in jobs, fabrics and employers.
You probably better think in giving service, core-skills, own enterprise, making your own business;
In hyperspace therapies you could focus on attracting wealth, opportunities, doing what you like and being creative.
Hope, this can help you.

Hi bookish,
The mind-pattern is your greatest asset to understanding the ââ¬Ëwhysââ¬â¢ in your life, it varies from person to person, but you must first basically work out the areas that create fear and the areas that do not, because inner fear and insecurity is the emotion that establishes you to not achieve something ââ¬â because while you are not achieving you are actually keeping that uncertainty active.
If you are really a Virgo- the energy of this sign is a major clue to the way your mind-pattern translates daily issues, Virgo is generally[/i] structured by ââ¬Ëover thinkingââ¬â¢.
The brief explanation of your life puts you in a second place mentality, over the years this has become an accepted cycle
ââ¬â You said that you have spent your career with stuff that has been passed on! Therefore the mind-pattern has established this as normal, but as you grow older in age you are questioning why, this is a positive step. We go through 9 year cycles of change; this could be why you are beginning to question your career and position (you said 8 yrs). This could have been established from a past life-stream or a childhood issue, something has created you to fear leadership, and you must ask what? Why? And how? You have a degree, so you have done the hard miles for your career, why do you not deserve a position to reward all that hard work?
The mind-pattern is simple to translate; it is overcoming the habitual behavioral pattern that is the battle.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for all your advice. Octahedron - I have started thinking that maybe I would be better to start my own business. I had thought about trying to attract the "essence" of the job rather than particular employers but had not really put that into practice.
GB - my area is archaeology/museums, through short contract work.
Astrojewels - I am definitely guilty of over thinking. This can sometimes be paralysing. I think not getting good work has become a habit for me and I think that I feel on some level that I don't deserve a nice job, or one that I have won even though there were other applicants. I find people very hard to deal with in terms of communicating, especially in an interview situation, so I underperform and loose the job to less qualified people.
Thanks again for the advice - a lot of food for thought! :D

Bookish,
Over thinking clouds the energy that is being released into the universe, we all do it, the other problem can be ââ¬Ëdo we know what we really wantââ¬â¢ -sending out mixed messages will bring back mixed results.
Start with the positive and amplify it- archeology and museums, totally amazing and what a great area to work in, how interesting. If you focus on you as a person and your own individuality, and how much passion you have for your work you will send out the right amount of energy to receive that job.
Write down specific details- wages, hours, location and the area that you would prefer all on a big piece of paper, place it somewhere so you can focus on it daily, but not where everyone else can read it. Send out your applications and you will be surprised how quickly the universal energy responds.
