I tell you what....  Ive been doing something like this but not as extreme, and as you clean out the junk you get poisened by the junk so I have been sick this entire winter......  Ive lost a few pounds but been sick the whole time... 

  I probably should be doing something like this instead.   But im doing those NONI drinks.....
