I don't understand your question. When you are dreaming the other people in your dreams are unaware of what they did in your dreams when you wake up.

Basically I'm just interested in studying dreams and the possibilities of them and I didn't know any other way to put it or ask others the question.

The language of dreams is very complex. In order to figure out it, you also have to understand yourself. Trying to understand dreams is a great way to learn about yourself. In regular dreams, everything is presented in symbols. Other then regular dreams, there can be prediction dreams, and also, programming dreams. To decipher the difference, you need a lot of experience, time, etc.

To answer you question, I pay attention to my dreams on a regular basis. Its a everyday communication. When a dream is important, I take more time to analyze it.

After you woke up you shouldn't move yourself but only to remember and write down your dreams. Our memories of dreams are the most freshest at the time when we woke up and with the every second of time they are fleeting.
