Actor Raul Julia plays the handler Roberto who is the real dictator behind the throne of the actors he put up their to get his way but Jack Noah the actor is always sabatouging his plans which piss off Roberto when he plans go foul to the point where he say how he hates actors. The Actress Sonia Braga plays the Mistress of the former actor that played the former president reveals to Jack Noah that she is also an Actress playing the part of the Mistress of the former actor hired by Roberto to play the president of parador. Basically the plot of the Movie it become dangerous due to Jack Noahs CIA brother played by actor Johnthan Winters wants to kill him. Both of them get together to foil the plans of Roberto to grab power for himself and for Jack Noah to exit while the actress playing the Mistress has a real passion for really helping the people of parador and eventually becomes their new leader.
