April 19th-20th: Possibility of 6.5+
May 21st: 7.0+
October 19th 2011: 7.5+

The near miss Asteroid event and the Tornadoes in midwest did not have any tell tale signature. Could be HAARP for the tornadoes, could be a coincidence like the 2009 Indonesian case for the near miss Asteroid.

I survived a  similar tornado swarm in the US and Canada April-3rd and 4th 1974  . My grandmother and I watched as a massive funnel cloud  picked up neighboring farms'  cattle, trees, barns etc.
No HAARP then.
 
BTW..We experienced a huge solar flare April 11th /2011.

And I would strongly suggest you to not venture into such dangerous States this year till fall 2011 as you have Saturn opposition Sun. Saturn in Libra does indicate Air based trouble as far as the planet is concerned and with the packed Aries, it is all about increased Solar Flares.

I have a different understanding of astrology than you  however and don't believe the placement you refer to is weather based. I have a pretty good idea what it is from my own understanding.

They had this kind of technology & related devices already implemented in 1974 and before; since the '60s or even earlier.

Not the HAARP array that is being refferred to here.  And what about all those tornado swarms centuries before?

Not the HAARP as todays, but they had the technology for global ELF-transmissions & weather modification already in the 60's.
