How do we eliminate low self-esteem / self-worth?
Please don't tell me to take on a hobby, get a girlfriend, get more friends, travel, or join clubs or anything like that.
So far I do the hyperspace visuals of the pale orange up arrow after T-bar balancing. It could be a placebo effect, but I feel an almost immediate satisfaction for myself. But I want something more permanently. Low self-esteem, self-worth and depression which are admittingly weakenesses like to creep up on me.

Give yourself permission to Feel Worthy! Give yourself permission to Feel High Self Esteem!
You have alot of energy. Focus that energy smoothly into what you want. Give it time to manifest without worry, without stress. (Chew on that for awhile).
What is the mind pattern behind TMJ ?

Hi William,
The mouth represents the need to absorb information, while the teeth represent our adjustment to a situation. The jaw (bone structure supporting the teeth and the mouth) represents the support of the thyroid chakra area.
So if this is reasonable then TMJ is the inability to absorb and adjust to information related to the thyroid chakra. The thyroid chakra is the center of communication and physical self-consciousness. Therefore, IMO repression and/or difficulties with communication is likely the mind pattern of TMJ. :big grin:

Then maybe TMJ'ers should go out into the woods or ocean and scream out their problems???????? Or maybe put themselves in a place of power to order others around with authority ... Just some ideas... There must be a key to this lock!

Hey William!
I have found that lowering my voice, both in pitch and in volume allows me to communicate more freely and honestly. As a lifetime TMJ-er I have tried the shouting thing quite a bit!!!! LOL It has its purpose, but I hope I am over it now...:big grin:
But seriously, the expression "all choked up" says it all. Visualizing yourself speaking your mind calmly, clearly and logically helps break through the self esteem crisis at that moment. Janet advises using ice blue at the thyroid with maroon over it for courage.
There have been times when I have been frightened senseless at the very thought, let alone occurrence of a verbal confrontation. What a scaredy cat...

DolphinGirl, we could both be dolphins possibly. Our fear of speaking seems to relate to their reluctant feelings with physical reality.

DolphinGirl and Silverinf, May I ask how much you guys laugh out loud? I mean, do you guys laugh alot or not much? Hopefully if I ask enough questions it might spark some healing or atleast help with understanding. Ive had the teeth clench thingie when I was really mad and hurt, but laughter is really good medicine. Have you guys had one of those really big long laughs where milk shoots out of your nose and youve only had water to drink kinda laughs?

Hi SilverInfinity,
We very well could be dolphins in an alternate reality. Why not?? It is a lot more fun than this I will tell you.:P A very interesting thought... I have often had dreams where I am swimming underwater quite easily with no sensation of needing to surface for breath. In fact you may be onto something because those dreams feel more "real" to me in some ways than my waking reality. Or maybe it is wishful thinking!!:slywink:
Dolphins are of course more evolved, with larger brains than humans, so they are used to living at another level of expression. Life here on earth sucks for them too....:crybaby: Free Flipper!!!
Hey William,
I laugh a lot. I have a pretty good sense of humor that I credit to the dolphin energy. My problems with communication have to do with having a domineering mother who shouted me down and beat my butt with a wooden spoon. My dad and her had physical fights often enough to scare me into the corner of my bed. Nothing is for nothing...I think it formed me into a creature that can stand living in these awful times.:ninja:
But no, I have not experienced the milk out of nose thing...:wasted: LOL Don't think I want to...
