Not yet AJ. We had a beautiful Indian Summer and I took full advantage of being outdoors. Alas that's over now and the it's getting much cooler.Perfect borscht weather coming up.

I was at a friends house years back on leave and they had a Russian woman visiting who made that soup. I have to say it was one of the best soups I have ever eaten! Thanks for posting how to make it.
