Only in some of Tom's of Maine do they add Fluoride.   I will try Peelu next tho.

Thank you for your opinion too.  Toothpaste is very important as it can contain the flouride that reach the pineal gland to counteract all pineal gland expanding and hyperspace techniques.

This is true, I should have added that I always dilute to 3%. Instructions on the bottle warn not to use it full strengh and to always dilute it. :orc1:

Yeah, Stewart did suggested to use the Aloe Vera toothpaste.  I have not try that one yet, though.

However, I have been using this type of toothpaste which is flouride-free.

Pineal gland expanding is by using the Royal dot in the Circle.

Just visualise the Circle is getting bigger/wider while at the same time focusing at the center of the dot...the dot remains the same size.

Expand the circle as much as imaginationly possible. Eventually, your body will become the dot, due to the fact that you're focusing from a far away...

When you feel like you're done, you must leave the circle at that expanded size...than ground yourself with the brown color, in order to make the expanding exercise take place in the NOW/Present.

There is another one you could do, but you'll have to look in the Healers Handbood, on page 27. Do the Spiral exercise, except that you would use the Royal blue color for pineal gland.

Don't confuse Spiral and Vortex.  These are two different image.

2 things you need to see it here:

1) The exercise where the Circle get wider/bigger seem to be for increasing awareness from a wider perspective.

2) The Spiral exercise, on the other hand, seem to be for increasing awareness from a forward, afar or longitudinal perspective.

By doing these 2 exercises one at the time, on a regular basis will exercise and strenghten the Pineal Gland.

Falling asleep with this method, I became very ungrounded/disorientated today, even after grounding.  But at least my visual memory improved.

Keep at it for a while...take break in between sessions (one day may be enough, depending each person).  and keep grounding in deep brown for a while long next time.

I will try to sleep earlier everyday so I can meditate on expanding the pineal gland an hour straight :)
