The lousy 11 sec (!) video you posted here for whatever reason is certainly confusing, as the sub-title on the screen was "on possibilities that did *not* occur". Also there is no world government as he says. No part of Japan sank either.

BTW, there were parts of Japan that did sink into the ocean - yes, along the coast lines... duh! And the aftermaths (there have been numerous earthquakes after the big one) have created ever deeper cracks... I've mentioned repeatedly here that this was a HAARP created incident.
