Heeey to everybody ! icon_barbar
Take is easy !! :D
Please, do respect each other's opinion. This is a cafe to discuss things. I will give my opinion (I don't say I do tell the truth here, I am only a cafe member drinking my beer):
I think both GWSOL and xanthas are correct in their given input here.
GWSOL is right for me, in the sense, Haarp only can not create such an earthquake,it depends on many more circumstances like timing, geological structures, seismic activity, planetoid influences or whatever.
I do agree with xanthas, Haarp has/can have also an influence; it can activate or manipulate geological circumstances or enhance/handle a (potential) earthquake.
Being skeptic is healthy (esp. with KBA and conspiracies) to my opinion; and people should do their homework (i.e. studying Nikola Tesla) before placing themselves in positions which are motionless or unfair.
Asking questions is never stupid to me. Be reasonable, everybody has a personal style in discussions. Learn from each other.
and BTW: making mistakes or just not being an "allknowing" is not a shame here.
