Many people I know think it was a form of "calibration test of the people's response to an obviously hideous crime, a true criminal act against them before their very eyes". If so, this may not be good for the people in the long run.
Rick, I downloaded this when we were at OG. Only the top and bottom 'middle of the row' cards are yet to happen, six out of eight quasi-predictions (because they were all planned) have come to pass. The middle card on the bottom row always makes me feel like that scene is occurring in New York or California, either way, I can see this quasi-prediction occurring soon.
The one that is extra worrying to me is the middle card on the top row, which reeks of an Islamic attack, that's the feeling I've had about this card from the moment I first laid eyes on it. The QUARANTINE card is interesting, especially what it states on the bottom line of its text. Who is the target then?

Watching that segment of the video sent a chill up my spine when I thought of what would happen if a citizen/s had setup some form of powerful spray unit, sort of like what's used in a fire-engine to put fires out, ie the truck's water-spraying unit, and had the thing loaded with a hi octane liquid, whereby it could output 1,000 Liters or more a long distance away in just a few seconds, and some other belligerent/s light it. It scared me to think of what may have happen to all those poor officers?
