I am currently undertaking study in the Sciences at Uni, and came across several articles on Weather Warfare and how a New World Order weapon could trigger climate change. This debate on global warming proceeding under UN auspices is only a partial picture of climate change. From here it was a quick hop to learning about the technology involved i.e (HAARP) being part of "Star Wars" and how scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability to trigger hurricanes and earthquakes et al.
I have been repeatedly told that there was no evidence that this technology has been used yet however I now know different ;)
