This technique has been life changing for me personally in a very short period of time. It has been the single most transformational thing I have come across, because all the feelings of embarrassment, anger, guilt, shame, envy that we carry over a lifetime have a direct relationship on general health, chronic pain and illness, weight gain, isolation, and limiting mind patterns.
When I began this exercise I started with the obvious: parents, other relatives, ex-partners, friends. What has happened rapidly is that people just pop up on the alter and I'll be like "oh yeah, we did have some weirdness, I'd forgotten" and I get to release it and them. I am not sure if this is buried stuff for me, or things they are hanging onto and need to feel some release over, or a combination of both. Some of the same people do keep coming back and it is taking several times of doing this, but that's okay.
Er, short answer: I'd highly recommend it to anyone :big grin:

The Golden Altar Technique does work and i have found it very useful.Again with all Hyperspace Healing, it is a matter of preparing correctly and focusing your Consciousness, after balancing your T-Bar.So the Golden Altar Technique allows you that oppurtunity to release pain and hurt, that in the beginning you created from your Victimization Mind Patterns anyway and then projected those same Victimization Mind Patterns onto a Victimizer within Physical Reality.

Isn't there a mathematical algorithm to speed this up? If I recall you have some kind of procedure of forgiving others on the altar. Can you hook me up?
What would happen if we somehow involve the merger or 13^3 compartilizations with the golden altar?
How about involving the merging of alternate selves exercise from one of Stewart's DVDs (I got the study guide); It makes sense to work from more than one angle you know, if this person was in your other lifetimes.
I have an idea. Why not have a golden tetrahedron instead of a violet one at the pineal gland. And then forgive ALL concepts of SELF with the instructions?
