ORBM, Sounds like you had a great b-day . Good friends are a blessing.
Amish country is pretty but in fact my own acreage is just as pretty if not more. Dozens of redbuds & dogwoods. The reason I like Amish country is because there isn't as much noize. Most don't use electricity so there's not that *noize* there. They also don't have alot of the energetic noize one finds going on nearer the cities either. I also love to watch the rhythm of their life .... horses and buggies etc.
