Does anyone know who this is in this photo in mythology? It just seems familiar to me.

Looks like it may be an interpretation of the Celtic god Cernunnos /Kernunnos.The Horned God. He plays heavily in Beltane.The druids called  him Hu Gadarn . He is the god of the underworld and the astral.

Also SI it may be an interpretation of Merlin.
