<anon> its funny, the software the hospital i work for is using to create system wide standardized medical records by 2010 in order to support the nationwide standard is created by a company called "Epic" and the software is called "Hyperspace"

Are they are trying to track the disease all over the country and 'increase' the dosages of spraying??? And eliminate the 'sheeple' What do you think?

No, the Illumined Ones do not want mass genocide just from Chemtrails and the DNA Mutagenic Compounds in them. Chemtrails are polymers with hydrocarbon derivatives and the Illumined Ones will use them to weaken the Immune System in Human Beings and reduce populations in some areas and look to sterilise other groups in other areas. It is very complex and not just a spraying and depopulation process.The use of medical records is about standardizing Human Medicine, and therefore across the board, creating easily accessible controls to 'eliminate' people who are a 'problem' to the State. In the High Degrees of Freemasonry, the High Science of reshaping Human Beings and creating the Perfected Man genetically is deemed paramount. Medical records are about 'weeding' out the 'undesirables' in society.

In my nursing classes, we are expected to learn how to formulate careplans just so we understand the dynamics of the nursing process(which I am taught entails assessing a patient through garnering of subjective and objective data, formulating a nursing diagnosis based on the data, planning nursing interventions such as therapeutic,diagnostic monitoring, patient teaching, patient referral, planning the nursing and patient goals and evaluation of the short term and long term goal progressions).

When westart working as nurses, we no longer have to create nursing careplans with nursing diagnoses,etc for our patients. Apparently, they already have paid tremendous amounts of money to experts in the medical field to create standard care plans. All we would have to do is just make them specific to our patients. The good thing about this is that I would probably have to do less paper work in the future but the bad thing about this is once again is standardization.
