How exactly do you ascend into a higher dimension (like 4th and above) possibly leaving physical reality PERMENTANTLY? I'd like the honest truth not some vague theory.

You can not ascend into a higher dimension permanently whilst occupying a physical body, but you can begin to reach the higher dimensions through living, all your lives are a collection of past life-streams and although it can seem never ending because each life brings a new challenge and objective, it can be done through living consciously.

If you really want to know what true ascension is ,go to your Oversoul or Higher Self and it will explain as much as you can contain.
You can be ascended and still have a physical body down here on earth.

I agree that you can be very in touch with oversoul/higher self, but to have both you would have to take yourself out of society and completely sacrifice your physical body to that connection, many people do live that life, yet 99% of them do it for their deity and not the connection.
You have a physical body for a reason.
The question is Hissil, why do you want to ascend?

I would think that to Ascend you would have to learn the truth first. Then you would know how to Ascend. It dont work the other way im afraid.??? Who knows,... Hey lets phone up an Ascended Master and ask how he did it. ;)
But we all have desires for something in life -- I could be Rich next life or famous next life or lots of free sex next life or or or or or, so our desires keep us on this wheel of life. ohhhhh so maybe i should fulfill all my desires this life then im out??? You can fulfill all your desires, but that is still not learning Truth.
Does the Truth set us free?
I know many Truths, and one Truth is that we are not Free.

I agree with William that you must first learn the truth in the physical, being truthful and honest with your own life and those who share it; all questions do receive answers when you live like this.
