How do you stay detached from the outcome of what you are manifesting?
#1
In my past attempts to manifest things I have tried to stay detached from the way they actually show up in my life and just have faith that they will show up. I am getting better at it now but still sometimes if it is something I really want to follow my path I cant be detached.

I missed the fact that I had manifested things several times as I was "looking for them" in other places so to speak.

Does anyone else have difficulties here and if so how did you overcome them? It is just a case of practice, practice, practice?

hey Trinity,

This is my first time talking to you. I respect your scientific efforts to strip down the Laws of Attraction. The LOA is a vague subject that needs to be narrowed down into a more specific process. There are too many guesses on the internet, like "you need to think in four different ways", "you need to feel appreciative", etc and sometimes they contradict one another. Tons and tons of ebooks are sold on guesimating what really works. Like you, I just want real precise information that I can repeat.

In fact, I am making a computer program modelling the Laws of Attraction for people who do not like writing affirmations or wanting someone to tell them how to focus as they are doing it. But because I don't have the scientifically deduced method yet, I made several versions of Wishbox! So I am on that same quest of solving the LOA mystery.

I have some leads on staying "detached from the outcome of what you are manifestating." In my recent research I read an ebook called "Inside the Minds of Winners" that interviewed successful people (*) and said that synchronicities appeared way too often in their lives that led them to where they are now. One interviewee who is open to spirituality said this:

Quote:Someone once said, you cannot think two thoughts at the same time. How absolutely, eye-staggeringly beautiful. When I heard it, I gasped. The grandeur of simplicity. It never fails. You cannot think two thoughts at the same time. Just try it. The proof takes about a nonosecond of effort.

If you take a nonosecond and think of the desire as if it's been manifestated, then you can take another nonosecond and do the same thing. You'll slow down time so that you can focus on the nonosecond. Then will eventually build up your concentration, and you won't have thoughts about being attached  to the result, manipulating it, whatever. Think of the type of thought as a "condition thought". eg. The sky is raining; eg. My pet is healthy., etc.

I can't guarantee it will create manifestations. But it certainly took off weight from my shoulders.

*There will be a list of them on the link to the free ebook download of "Inside the Minds of Winners". I don't know if they are actually successful because they might have been in your generation. But who are successful in the modern world would talk about the LOA without feeling threatened that they will lose their professional credibility? Only actors like Jim Carrey admitted that the Laws of Attraction was real (you have to google up what he said about it) - but he can be as goofy as he want since he's a comedian and actor. So I doubt entrepreneurs, scientists, or other professionally established winners would dare to be interviewed. :(

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to write all that.

I have a scientific mind so I tend to want to pull things to pieces. I have also looked very briefly at slowing down time..my most successful efforts at using the LOA was when I focused on living in the moment.

I did get some confidence from watching "What the bleep do we know anyway" -have you seen it? It does at least try to explain how the LOA works on an energy level down to a quantum physics level.

I would love to see your computer program! It seems even writing affirmations has sadly become a science in itself for the "normal" person. Can I assume you have had success with affirmations?

I will certainly download the book! Thank you again!

hey. I saw "what the bleep-" and liked their presentation on how thoughts attract realities.

Concrete demonstrations like that puts the Laws of Attraction in a reasonable perspective. But sadly, what matters is being able to apply the information for actual results :(

Let me share my frustration. But first I have to explain my recent accomplishment.

I have finished the new wishbox program. It probes the user for a solid reason for their wish. And while the user retypes their wish, it also bugs out if they typed the wish differently. At any time, they can type something else for the reason, as they are occasionally reminded that it must be void of hope, fear, or self-critisim.

I'm not posting this wishbox up (version 5) because it fails my vigorious test of my wishes. Anyways, since I tested it, I changed the codes too much and the program is no longer in a convenient format.

I still have the previous wishboxes that would work on your computer, but NOT in real life. The following list is each version's methdology and where it is derived:

Wishbox v1 centers around what "the Secret" DVD taught me -- that thoughts should be centered in joy and pretensing accomplishent. No longer available because I misplaced this wishbox.
Wishbox v2 centers around what "reality shifting" websites taught me -- that manifestation only comes when you love the thought of it. However, as time went by, I changed the program, to something that helps raise your vibration for the manifestation (by thinking good thoughts along with the wishes).
Wishbox v3 centers around the left path -- that if you believe you deserve something, your own will is the most powerful.
Wishbox v4 centers around the four elements or styles of thinking for manifestation. This is from authors who claimed that a key concept is neglected by "The Secret".
Wishbox v5 centers around wishes having an empowering purpose involved. An example is the women who never got her car until she rewrote affirmations to get it for her family.
Wishbox v6 will center around prayer. I now believe the process it not the problem, but rather, the state of mind the person is in. More explanation on the prayer methodology later.
Wishbox v7 will center around combining v5 and v6

I believe that the process is not the problem, but rather, the state of mind the person is in. I can't manifest my wishes, yet I proficiently perform the laws of attraction when I least think about it. That accounts for most of the synchronicities in my day because I daydream a lot and some of those thoughts would happen. Not just once every so often by whim; they recur in short intervals. My only possible explanation I wasn't attached to the outcome due to my daydream-like state of mind. v6 will be getting there by holding a prayer methodology. That prayer will somehow articulate synchronicities building up to your manifestation, not THE synchroncity. This is so to create more lax way for the Universe to transverse your ultimate goal. Bear in mind that thinking of THE result, attaching to THE result, likens to attracting THE ONE synchronicty, for which may not even happen in your lifetime. Then it completes the prayer methodology by articulating faith in "automatic intelligence". I define it as anything the subconscious or superconscious performs for you by which you may not consciously control. Further derivations would be your breathing and synchronicities themselves.

v7 would combine v5 and v6 to complete a full circuit every 2 minutes. On one minute it will ask for your wish and empowering purpose, which you type on two lines, and which you sometimes type in one line (so that you think of the purpose and wish as one supposed thought unit). Intermittingly, it drops hints for refining the wish's empowering purpose. And it also drops hints to help you stay focused, by suggesting things like a single thought could fit in each nanosecond. The even minutes or during the "other-half circuit", the program does everything from the prayer methodology in v6, but with only one change: It stops you to have a full mental snapshot of the picture and feelings purported to the wish. Then you would press Enter or the program will not go on.

At the very end, it tells you to capture all of your session's effort into a cube that you visualize and roll it off into a dark hole or some similiar pictorial of non-locality. This is a ritual to remind you to let go of further efforts to control your will, after the session is over. If you're healing, it might have futher instructions on visualizing colors away from the computer.

So far, it's been a failure.

I don't know if I'm chasing after something that I will never consciously pick up. But there are some things certain: (1) If I don't do it, then no one else would, and more people will become delusioned from inefficient products on the laws of attraction (in terms of the total customers). (2) I experience the Laws of Attraction constantly, but just not in the way I would like it to work (3) If I could catch this entire process on program and emulate it for any wishes, then the implications are huge for humankind.

ps. I don't think we need to quote each other unless someone else joins this discussion or we're quoting a specific part of the post and that needs to be clarified. It could save some scrolling time and personal internet bandwidths.

I might be able to list over 10 synchronicities today. They all matched my thoughts from previous weeks! The funny thing is that they transpired in the last hours from television and radio.

Ever since training with the Middle Pillar (from kabbalistic studies) which promised to increase psycho-spiritual abilities, I found more awareness in my own personal life. For instance, I'm starting to read better, perhaps write better as well. :)

This may have a powerful effect on how I consciously employ the laws of attraction. We'll see.
