Hunting Demons
#1
I had some very strange dreams last night and I'm afraid I was being programmed. Any help is appreciated.

First you need to know some background information before you can understand my series of dreams.

1) A long time ago in real life, I made a sacred bow to kill demons in one of my reincarnations. I really hated them for bugging me and other innocent people.
2) My memory has been getting worse.
3) Before I went to sleep I was trying to love myself as part of a therapeutic treatment.

So this is what went down in my dreams:

First Dream (Homeschooled by an invisible being)

I was looking at a black-and-white photo of nation emperors and princesses standing together. There were probably 6 total. To the left was the japanese emperor, another emperor, a middle eastern princess, (I remember the first three clearly) then something like: two more emperors and one princess. I criticized that the royalties didn't look like their nation's ethnicity. I pointed out that the middle eastern princess looked olive and could not have been middle eastern. Then I pointed to the japanese emperor to the left and commented he looked Chinese, not Japanese. But then, his face shifted into a Japanese looking man. And I was wrong.

Someone was next to me. An invisible being, comprised of mind-scattering colors, escaping my memory the second I look at it. I think it was a swirl of gold, blue and clear. He telepathically tested my memory, asking if I could remember the royalties from left to right. I failed miserably at recalling the second emperor.

The invisible being wasn't surprised. Then he wrapped my perception into a dramatic scene. It was in third-person; a man was apologizing to his wife for forgetting something important. Then I heard the invisible being narrating, "You shouldn't be surprised by your failure. See, men have a tendency to forget when they reach a certain limit, though that is genetically determined."

Then I felt the lesson concluded...

Second Dream (Demon Hunting)

I was in a room with a villain-looking man. He was the villainous character in "The Girl Next Door." I noticed how he gave me a bad vibe, and then the door slamed open, and from behind a boy wanted to hug his friend (the man). I warned the boy that the man was up to no good and quickly shut off the door.

Then several seconds later the guy appeared naked. But I only looked at his shoulder up, didn't flinched, and never looked down. Somehow I knew he was trying to trick me. So he turned around to get his clothes that appeared in the back of the room. I remarked that he was a bad person for trying to trick everyone. Then he looked back with a snort. Suddenly his entire body changed red, growing horns and other details, while winds made the room became tornado-like.

It became vague. I remembered fighting the giant barehanded and then taking an arm-size weapon from out of nowhere and blasting him out of the room into a wall. I ran out into a main corridor. There was an elevator to the right. The dream focused on the red dragon that was on the floor against the wall. And the invisible being's voice from the last dream leaked in: "You slayed a dragon demon. But soon he will awake."

Red butterflies rested on his body. One particular was at the forehead of this demon. When the butterflies flew from his body (except the one at the forehead), he woke up. And there was a smaller demon in black robes next to him.

I noticed that the demons could never be killed, so I ran out of the room to the elevator to the right. A women ran to me and said she couldn't kill any demons. She told me to go down the elevator and she went to another direction.

Second Dream (Elevator)

I was in a typical elevator. But the floor button were in the back of the elevator. I hit the number "5." The elevator stopped at some point. Someone came in and he hit the number "4".

I jokingly predicted, "weren't you leaving the campus as soon as possible and never coming back; your parents were worried about you going to the most haunted campus?"

He pretended to agree with everything I said. When the elevator finally stopped at his floor, it opened to reveal a narrow hall. The walls had perculiar white bricks. He walked out and behind him was the perculiar white bricks. I asked, "Are you sure this is your floor? It looks too peculiar to be a campus hall." He looked up, said, "Hmm... Nope, it's my hall." he walked away and a shorter person entered the elevator. Elevator closed. I hit the number "5" in the back and he quickily hit "6".

I questioned my abilities in my head. "How did I think he was on the wrong floor? And how did I make a wrong prediction. I was never wrong. I was psychic!"

I turned my head to the short stranger. Then I jokingly predicted again, "weren't you leaving the campus as soon as possible and never coming back; your parents were worried about you going to the most haunted campus?"

I surprised him. He said he didn't know how, but I was right about his life. The elevator stopped soon. When I walked out, a light emersed me.

Third Dream (Homecoming)

It was homecoming. And I was sitting in the field with hundreds of students. Two people approached me. One asked what major I was. I knew I couldn't just say "Demon-Hunting", so I carefully crafted my answer: "It's something in communication."

The other guy said, "I heard you're leaving campus soon. Everyone's talking about it."

I said, "erm, yea. There are things going on in my life."

Then on my left a woman stopped prasing for our school, once she overheard I was leaving. She sat down from standing up. Guilt overwhelmed me.

Fourth Dream (Seminar)

Fastforward several months. I felt more grown-up. I was in a large auditorium, probably in another campus. Two ministers were giving a presentation. Meanwhile, I was sharing my adventures of demon-hunting to the person next to me. He was the same guy, from the elevator, who wanted to leave campus. I noticed one of the speakers were speaking, so I stopped talking. The minister said he'll be presenting christianity to everyone. Then he sat down with the other minister.

They jokingly said to each other:

First minister: "We're from different churchs because we couldn't agree about the uniform."

Second, villainous minister: "My church wears latex for uniforms. HIS church wears some sort of cheap rags."

First minister chuckled: "Well, we clearly have our differences. Let's start the lessons, shall we."

My perception wrapped. I saw blackness. White Chinese words appeared everywhere. They took form, changing into pictures, of Jesus, and sheeps. Then I had a quick reality lapse, saw my shorter friend, who was trying to read the words he was seeing in his mind. He could read Chinese.

At some point, the Chinese words formed vertical and horizontal lines and then it shifted into 4 prostitutes. They all wore dominatrix latex uniforms. The first prostitute at the left used a whip to hit the prostitute to the right. Everyone else was helding her.

The villainous minister said, "Everyone loves how God is ALL ABOUT LOVE. It kind of brings us closer to God that we do this life, doesn't it?"

Then the prostitutes changed back into Chinese words. The words rearranged and shifted back into the four prostitutes. The first prostitute is now the one being whipped by the fourth prostitute. Then the entire picture shattered and a white English word in capital letters appeared: "LOVE."

___

I don't know what this all means. But any idea is appreciated. I feel I was being manipulated by astral forces again.

Okay GB, I got rid of my first response to you and I'm putting in here, the new meanings that I have from my new book.

First Dream

Black and white:[/i] stands for clarity; clear perception; the facts.

A photograph:[/i] will reveal a message of importance.

Emperor [/i]or ruler:[/i] characterizes an authoritative figure who may imply oneself, that is, one’s conscience.

Royalty[/i] itself: represents egocentric authority.

A critic[/i] (for criticize[/i]): characterizes one who has the habit of looking for another’s faults; judgmental.

An invisible being:[/i] may denote an actual out-of-body experience or it may indicate that one isn’t being effective, possibly being ignored.

Swirl[/i] (of colors): relates to a convoluted idea, plan, or perspective.

Telepathy:[/i] signifies insights; a subtle knowing.

Memorizing[/i] (possibly for your memory test?): stands for a need to learn or remember something important.

So…do these meanings sound better to you? Do you want me to continue with the other dreams or should I just give it up?

Hey DreamTime,

The previous interpretation about male symbolizing God-mind could offer a context, but it could not possibly be right. It is (1) not conventional (2) too narrowed for dreams in general.

I think your new interpretation is right. I believe that's just how dream interpretation is at the surface - just dream icons. More experienced dream analysists could use not only the dream icons but they could create a context from what transpires in the dream.

Wow that is so cool. So I am listening to coast to coast am and just found out that the first hour guest is a professional dream analysist Rosemary Ellen Guiley. She's going to talk about why she thinks many people are dreaming of world catastrophes.

That's cool. Let us know what she says.

She said that catastrophic dreams are double edged and she wasn't sure why the global mind was dreaming up such things and to what extent they will come true.

Then she talked of other dream subjects like she said entities could contact people while they're in their dreams because something in their sleep opens up dimensions we do not access in waking state.

She also mentioned a few herbs which I totally blocked out my head while I was using my computer. She mentioned short worts (?) and some other herb which she said was not toxic but helped with vivid dreams.

St johns wort might of been herb she said?   Kava Kava is good for vivid dreams.

There are other herbs that can help with dreaming.

I'm no expert, but I have a lot of shaman journeys out of the dream state. So I can relate.
I don't really think you were being programmed in that series. I think the invisible person was a teacher who was trying to get you to become lucid, or more lucid, with the memory test. I've had a very similar experience in which an old Taoist woman was showing me cards with a year's worth of full moons on them, and being asked which was which. I fared worse than you did. But then similarly, a series of dreams followed, and a guide was with me though not obviously so. Invisible, nearby, giving help when needed.
The last dream you wrote about, well I have no idea what it means for you internally of course, but it's quite hilarious and reminds me of some of the strange scenes at festivals I have happened upon.
My 2 cents is don't forget the shields captain, the psychic defense however you imagine it, before sleeping, it makes all the difference. I always forget.
