i can relate to this. For Christmas last year I gave everyone in my family binders full of alternative info mostly on alternative health related issues like fluoride, MSG, aspertame ect.  I ask them months later if they'd read it, and I get answers such as 'i glanced at it' or 'ive had it by my bed and ive been meaning to read it!' or my favorite programmed response from my diet pepsi/tv addicted father 'i agree with all the studies that say the opposite'

omg, wow!! i didnt realize the comments there were. mom, i dont have an uninvolved boyfriend. you make him sound so bad. well, he is involved w/ the kids, not so much w/ the housework. BUT, he now does dinner EVERY night, how great is that??

Im very open minded, but i honestly dont have the time or patience right now, to learn this. Im not opposed to learning, it has nothing to do with me being young, and not having a attention span.
