It is good to share all the triggers that you are aware of, that way people are less likely to be activated, thanks.

Jeez I could go on about what I would perceive as "triggers." Especially as far as the call center thing goes. I used to work in one that actually worked. So I see allot of what goes on as exactly that. A trigger, as well as a way for them to keep up stats.

Good to know, I don't pick up the phone when the caller identifies himself as "secret".

Many triggers are also more and more to be recognized in TV-programs, radio and commercials.

This is very true and we are the same.
triggers are extensive but they do differ to each individual, and to recognize your own is awareness to who you are and the way you are programmed. I have said many times that programming/triggering is not ‘one size fits all’.
If you are triggered easily then there is a need to begin a journal or some type of record of your daily activities.
If any one on this forum is triggered daily try this exercise-
Imagine each day to be a road you are traveling, there is a solid white line in the middle of that road, this white line is the ‘balanced medium’, so this is the line that creates you to accept others differences, be happy and content.
Each side of that white line offers you two different emotional interactions, the right is for irritation and anger, the left is for depression and sadness. So each time you feel anger or depression then you make a note of the smells, sights or people around that emotion and before you know it, it will not be necessary to write anything down because you would have automatically trained your senses to pick up on the frequencies that triggers you and then you do not have to experience the ‘coming down affect’ of the trigger.
How can you protect yourself against what you do not know, if you do not become aware of what/who does it, then you are driving down that road with a blindfold on.

I thought an internet helpdesk is a free no-paid no-profit service? Especially when it is given by your internet provider.

Agreed. I used to get upset, predictably so, but at the same time I never acted out fully on it at the time. I saw their actions as illogical, when stood next to proceedure, and law. So I saw I had recourse. Lately I see I had that recourse in "Their" game, not truth, though the actions were truth based. It is what it is, just an aggravator to provide stress for mfg chaos...

I think the hardest thing for most people who know the truth is continually interacting with those who are ignorant to it, and it is a hard work to come to a medium balance in life and accept people, for who they are. But with that said, you can only learn so much from those who are educated in the path of truth, you have to go into society to learn the new methods of programming in order to understand it, theory and talk only allows so much education.
We all resonate energy that gives others information on who we are, on the higher level, so in general life people attract to that energy without awareness to it, but if anyone finds they are being triggered on a regular occurrence then you must tune into your own energy and change it.
You have a good attitude towards understanding triggers; because once you control and become aware, ‘they’ are limited to what they can do in general terms.

To me , it's a matter of logic, and fact, no logic usually accompanies little, vague, or no facts to support. As well as GP ;).
I've had some "fun time" with the purveyors believe me, and like I said. you see where they have recourse or not. As well you can predict what will come next. The most important part is knowing "their" limitations and rules. Then you can recognize, adapt, exploit, overcome, eliminate, survive, and thrive....

Very true.

This month the news is bombarded with triggers about Hamas/Gaza/Iran.  bout Russia/Soviet Union/Putin, about Clinton-Obama, about Prince Harry in Iraq and about anti-muslim cartoon violence against Denmark and Holland in Afghanistan.

triggers are everywhere at the moment. So it was my turn octahedron, over the past couple of days my internet service has been randomly inaccessible, however yesterday it was completely cut off, the computer was telling my that it was connected, but I could not access any web pages. So here I go! Called and yes they informed me that my service had been suspended, apparently there was a spam/virus that had been passed on, so yadda yadda and four hours later, the problem was solved, however during these four hours, I was told to do this and that, restart and so on, and each time I had to call back my server I had a different operator, so I had to give all my details and explain what is going on every time, I had one woman in particular whom I found very hard to understand, and she was trying to tell me there was nothing wrong, like I was crazy. what a long day, and I am so glad yesterday is gone!

Astrojewels, that's a very well-known aspect of this society:

When someone needs technical-support, the only thing what actually will happen is frustrating people, so they don't likely will call back again for support in the future.

I often say: service-level agreements do guarantee "zero-level (if you are lucky) or less". :D

i.e. at Microsoft Inc. and many Telcom companies there are more legal professionals than system technicans at their pay-roll.
