i mean i don't call myself a bodybuilder, although i do have a flat toned stomach, i weight train daily, i do cardio daily and i eat like madman.
im fit and trim and ripped, and still i don't call myself a 'bodybuilder'
im seriously just curious why stewart would call himself a bodybuilder when he's kinda a fatso?

I think it has to do with the mentality.

What you say about the Aldebaran humans is sad, and I am not sure I want to believe it. How can that be if they are human. Wonder if it happened through trauma(?)

I see, you are from Norway. Yes, Norway people are Aldebaran creation. My half-sister is half-Norway and she has Aldebaran genetics, but she has a lot of dolphin genetics and Atlantean genetics, too. But particularly dolphin genetics make her very emotional and compassionate.
You should have on the mind that Aldebaran society and culture are different than our own culture that we have on this planet, and that their genetics and mind-patterns are slighty different from their offsprings on this planet.
Aldeberan are that way not because they don't like humans ideal of love and freedom, but because they believe that only through such mind-patterns as they have (self-discipline, high intelligence, science) they would be able to accomplish and reach these human ideals.
For them freedom doesn't mean to do anything what you want, but freedom to them is to have control over their own environment and over themselves and the world they live in.
And the most greatest accomplishment is not to conquer empires but to conquer yourself.

I am in tune with the last two lines, I think balance is best. I can be to hard when I first get going and need to remind myself of my softer aspects. But I can also get to soft and loose the discipline. It's hard to balance, but it is what I need to do.
Thank you for your input:)

And,how old are you?(the one that runs from shadow's)
Bodybuilders,as they age, have a hard time looking the way they did, when they were younger.
