Udos choice has a great chocolate bar that gives you the daily dose of omegas by the way, its about 3,5$ down here..Too expensive for everyday as a supplement I guess but it's great for a snack:) Usually grab one while at the local health shop.
I have also bought a cheap bottle from the regular supermarket, it's the most famous brand down here and I think it's okay. They use cod too but it has much less vitamin A in it.
