Introducing Leftygrl
#11
Hi Lefty, Off hand I can’t think of anyone here that was at the October conference. I was a the last spring conference and I plan on going to the one this spring. So how did you like St. Joe when you were here?

Hello Hyperspace,

I noticed that you are from Michigan as well as a few other posters here. Thought there might be a St. Joe connection.

I liked it there, it felt comfortable and easy to be there... for a visit. There were several people at the conference who were/are in the process of relocating there. I am not one of them... it gets way to cold for me!

It was hard to leave St. Joes because of the people there. I've been to other conference/seminar type things and have never found such immediate connections with so many people.

Did you have a similar experience?

Hi Lefty, Yes there are a few of us from Michigan here. DreamTime and I live 13 miles from the Swerdlows. I was curious what you thought about St. Joe because some members have said that they felt triggered when they came here. I thought that was odd because I have always liked this area and never notice being triggered. The cold winters don’t bother DreamTime and I and we prefer it to the heat. We have even talked about moving to the upper peninsula of Michigan to get away from the hot summers this area has.

Yes, I agree about feeling connections with the folks that come to the conferences. They’re a great bunch of people and we enjoying spending time with them. I would enjoy it if the Swerdlows had a conference every month. P-Wink

Hello Leftygrl/Sheri

I'm wondering what happened to your intro - it seems to have disappeared completely!!  I think that may be a technical issue, but I'm not sure.

Anyway - welcome to HCF.

It is interesting what you've written about being left handed.  I was born right-handed, but because of some surgery on my arm as a result of a broken bone, I ended up learning to write left-handed too.  In fact I write left-handed now - though I can paint simultaneously with both hands!!

Because of how the left side of the body is relates to the Right-brain and vice versa, so anyone who is left handed is relying more on their creative/emotional self for grasping and shaping their reality.  Of course, the energetic interpretation is that the left is female/physical, which applies to your mind-pattern reflections.

I looked at your art page.  You have a very beautiful and unique style.  I'd love to see more of your work some day. :smile2:

Thank you Monica :)

and I missed meeting you at this years Exp. conference.
Maybe we'll meet at some future conference. Hope I get to hear some of your music!

Interesting that you can paint both handed. I was an art teacher for years and never ran across that one!
I am one of those completely left handed people, even left-footed, left-eye dominant.... Through my deprogramming and hyperspace work, I've become aware that one of my biggest problems is my unBaLaNcE. It has even manifested into physical problems, always on my left side. Luckily nothing permanent. My TBar is always tilted to the right! I guess I'm not alone on this forum.

Thanks for the friendly welcome everyone!
