I don't know about Avians connections with non/physical Councils.

Do you think it was an Avian Race who introduced the Language Of The Birds to Earth?

If these Avians existed back then in history, then i wonder if they are allied to the Krell Council, Andromeda Council or perhaps the Ohalu Council still today.
