PHILADELPHIA – A suburban Philadelphia school district accused of spying on students at home via school-issued computers told parents it only activated the webcams to find missing laptops.
The schools' technology and security departments would activate the webcam when any of the 2,300 student laptops were reported lost or stolen, Lower Merion School District Superintendent Christopher McGinley said.

[b]Here is the problem, and not just with school or state issued laptops. All laptop video cameras are ALWAYS ON. Just because the software for chat or capture isn't running for the user, doesn't mean you are in privacy mode. That someone would put spyware in your OS stack without stating it as such only indicates that this is in addition to Window's XP or higher OS versions ability to constant capture video feed. Remote Procedure Call in the services stack means that any external, under the radar agency can access your camera without you being aware and then download that feed. It's built in Windows since 2001.

Any video in chat or otherwise is automatically routed to FBI, CIA, and NSA servers. This has already been established years ago.

The only way to disable this feature is to put a piece of opaque tape over the pinhole camera on your laptop. Just unplugging your RJ45 hard wire won't do it, because modern laptops are ALWAYS BROADCASTING IN WIRELESS MODE AT ALL TIMES, WHENEVER THE LAPTOP IS TURNED ON. ALWAYS.

Be advised. If you want privacy, you have to tape over the camera.

My daughters school was issued with these laptops last year, and I just had a giggle reading this article because when she first brought it home, her father immediately told her to cover the ‘peephole’ when not at school, but also to be consciously aware that you can cover the camera, but you can not disable the sound, so even though they can’t watch you, they can listen to all the conversations going on in and around where that little piece of equipment may be sitting.

Interesting that this information is public, yet how many ‘deaf ears’ are out there?

Yes people do not realize that cordless phones, cell phones were not designed for the convenience of the population, cell phones in particular were designed as tracking monitors, a perfect surveillance device that even when switched off can listen to all conversations around the phone, so this is not the old style bugging where you actually have to be on the phone, and not to forget that all text messages are stored in the servers data.

Also modern cars with computer chips in them, the electricity system in your home, oh please don’t get me started on how much everyone is being watched, but my question is and always will be who is watching the watchers!...

I'd be more concerned about the "under the radar" agencies. The ones that are privately owned, and do much of the work the alphabet agencies are supposed to do. As they are accountable only to whomever hires them, the shareholders, and not to the taxpayers. Spying on kids is disgusting to me.

They can listen in on conversations with wired phones too. They were doing that long before cordless and cell phones came out. They just bypass the hook switch and then listen in on what's being said in that room.

I agree that spying on kids is disgusting, but it goes beyond that, as it involves the families, friends, and also an open frequency to push vibration to those kids, for the purposes of programming, and yes you are right Richard, no phones are exempt, no one is free from surveillance.

The NWO would have you believe that  their plan is mainly about the nuts and bolts of a police state system.Id chips, cameras, listening devices etc. Apparently they've done a good job of convincing people of just that.

 The more frightening and  twisted agenda is in getting people prepped to accept the new false utopia. That is exactly what the term "New World Order" means. The New World Order IS the New World Religion , the false utopia of Lucifer.
