I presume that her birth date is 4th December and not the 12th of April? Down south we do day/month/year. If this is the correct dates – they do have many things in common, they are both easily programmed as they have dominant water signs in their charts. Water signs are very important to specifically programmed people because those who have them can manipulate/program others due to that energy.

He has signs that allow him to be a handler but he also has intense energy from two signs that creates him to have an overwhelming sense of compassion, therefore his programming can break down easy. This is often the problem with those that are programmed to program, they do the task with ease, however their deepness often fights their own programming and they begin to like those who they are programming, this is not always a sexual thing, it happens to same sex or opposite.

She has many placements that allow her to be victimized but while enduring that treatment she has intelligence to evaluate, she has placements that show her life will endure a great deal of abuse and sadness, but she has a good mind.
