Marking of American homes has commenced

Listen carefully from the 2mins 40secs mark on this video; they have commenced marking American’s letterboxes with three different colored dots for the foreign troops who will be called in soon upon Marshall Law being declared to identify them with.  The three colors will denote the following:

Red dots – take occupants of the house to FEMA camps

Blue dots – take occupants of the house out into the street and immediately execute them.

Pink dots – occupants of this house are NWO compliant, leave them alone.

Is this for delivered mail only? What about the people who have post boxes at the post office and have to go and get their own mail?

Such a dot can no doubt be placed on any part of the front of the house where it's visible. Perhaps there will also be complimental fema or cia citizen identification sheets supplied to the soldiers. There's many ways they can overcome these things emerge, even for the homeless.
