We already exist in split consciousness, its why its coined good and evil consciousness.
left brain ego- analytical, source of fear, anger, separation, judgement
right brain.
we live in a left brain dominated world, most people live in fear because of this, and why we live in polarity.
its why the first step to enlightenment is cleansing the ego. usually takes 5-10 years.
its why some religions call the ego satan, and why they say it controls the world, because it is inside of everyone in the left brain. also written in some cultures the downfall of man from unity consciousness one point, to two point consciousness duality because it became imbalanced with left brain dominating.

I believe there's some truth to Karma. It's like they say "what goes around, comes around". Also I believe there's some truth to the Law of Attraction but it's more complicated than what they teach. You can't just wish for things to happen, you have to set a plan into motion to make things happen. Remember we create our own reality.

The only trap that keeps people trapped here is, they are told by some to go into the light when they see it on that fateful day. You go into the light you get recycled, and sent back down. Smart thing is turn around and walk in the opposite direction. So dont go into the light, and you dont come back to the prison planet, to be an energy source for others.
As for law of attraction, its something you are able to do consistently when you show responsibility for your thoughts and emotions. Because errants thoughts can cause harm if you can create with thought. Therefore most dont attain this consistently.
Elizabeth everything is a two edged sword, ego exists, i think more so because of the primitive reptilian brain we have as well as the mamamalian brain around it. Which ensures confusion and conflict until we balance the two. Mammals and reptilians are always at odds.

Avoiding the light is more swerdlow disinformation meant to keep souls trapped here. Genuine psychics who have contacted souls who have crossed into the light can tell you this.

Swerdlow doesnt say dont go into the light, but many others do recently. genuine psychics who channel who dont know who they are talking to are telling you to go into the light. when you channel, there is no way you know who you are talking to, or if they are telling the truth. that is the caveat emptor of channelling.
break it down buddy, in all of human existence, they have been recycled back. their soul gets trapped, cleansed with energy so their memories are erased so there is no remembering the past life or the exponential progress one might have. so based on this, what do you have to lose, you go into the light you get recycled, you dont go into the light, you may go free, but you dont come back to the prison planet.
to each their own though, just putting the info out there, you have a choice to go into the light or not. if you are being compelled to go into the light, its probably not a good thing.
you need to also get swerdlow out of your head, everything is bad or what you are against is swerdlow. just let it go and move on. and also if swerdlow did say it, which i have not heard, it probably falls into the category of stuff he says is most likely correct. as i said no one is 100 percent correct or 100 percent wrong, you have to use discernment and not fear.

my thoughts on not going into the light are as follows.
one human beings are conditioned to go to light..
two the fast majority of psychics with their agendas knowingly or unknowingly telling people go into the light for a long time. only recently the messages of dont go into light have been coming out.
you have these people who have near death experiences telling you to go into the light.
so based on this, you can assume probably 99 percent of people on earth that have incarnated over and over again are here because they have gone into the light, and not because they didnt go into the light.
reason why your memory is erased, so you cant remember and know better next time. now in some people this isnt complete.
its why you have child prodigies like john lennon who was a master pianist at the age of 5. if you ever played an instrument you know there is no way a child can become a master by age of 5. which says they are having partial memory recall of past life.
other examples even in news where kids remember being a fighter pilot in ww2 and describing information that is not published. one recently in news where kid remember who killed them in previous life and got them convicted from memory of how they were killed and where and who did it.

based on this, and comparing all the data, i take my chances of not going into the light, rather than listening to others who advocate going into the light for what ever reason knowing and unknowing, and with what ever agenda.
if i dont have to come back to this prison planet i wont. so you go in rich, i wont, and we will see who gets out and who gets recycled.

Hi elizabeth, i can only say based on what i have read, and also my own experiential journey. After all metaphysics is not something intellectual but rather has to be experienced to be understood. I grew up christian but i do not consider myself religious, i stopped going to church in my early 20's. Something didnt sit right although at the time i did know what it was. But now i realize it was because they taught fear, separation and unworthiness now. So i slowly deconstructed those belief patterns that I learned because they did not serve me, and began to search.
It lead me to first after a long search through motivational and self help materials. But I realized after having gone through the mountain of material, it pointed to the metaphysical. From there i found sedona method which i still practice for releasing. But it was where i first became aware of the ego, the negative mind chatter, and I began the cleansing of the ego or the separation game. Reason being if you observe the negativity, and it is not you, you realize you are not the ego but it exists.
And so I did my releasing meditations on the wants. Sometimes for 5 hrs or more. The wants being: wanting control, wanting safety or security, wanting approval or love. You release on the wants because want is lack, so if you want something, it means you dont have it, and the more you want it, that filter sends the message to source i want more lack. If you want control, you feel out of control. If you want love or approval from others you feel unloved.
This saying on a basic level, we dont love ourselves unconditionally, and so we search for it in the external world, and set conditions in which we can feel good. A form of deprogramming as well. Because often the beliefs we hold in our model of our world, they tend to be created in moments of trauma and pain.
And from there i began to understand from reading and my experiential journey, the existence of polarity or duality. And how it is innately inside of us all. In part because we live in a left brain ego dominated world. The source of all fear, judgment, doubt, anger, hate, and separation. So if you operate from there, you are filtering from the ego.
Its why when you manifest from the mind or left brain, although well intentioned, all things created from the left brain may have a good effect, but also many negative effects, because the distortions of fear, anger, doubt, hate, and separation get manifested along with it. Its why the world is in the condition it is in, in light of the vast expansion in technology.
If you look at sacred geometry, source began as one point. when the rebellion that is talked about in many cultures began, they introduced another point, making it a 2 point center, introducing duality. The existence of male and female, right left, up down, good bad, light dark.
Now there was a purpose to this, to learn from it and see contrast, so one could make a choice.
But in this 3d dense planet earth, something went askew, and that choice was taken from humans.
So i believe that is the challenge facing people today, to awake, become aware of the ego (most believe they are their ego or it doesnt exist) and also return back to oneness from duality. And to do this you have to go on the experiential inner journey.
