Hi Yukesam,
I like Octahedron's Avatar but I prefer the 3D Version. It is a sacred symbol, a form of the Swastika which is a known symbol of luck in Vedic Traditions. I use this all the time and it has worked very well for me especially in terms of developing physical strength when used with Maroon colour around the muscles during exercise. I intend to bench press 600 pounds by 2013 and have recently held 300 pounds for one minute in the deadlift. But I cannot say that this will work equally for everyone, perhaps it works on my few Atlantean Genetics inherited from Arab ancestry. God knows best.
