Everyone is worried about World War III breaking out but almost no one has noticed that we’re in the middle of Mind War 4.

Actually, the mind wars are so clandestine that we may be in the middle of Mind War 40 for all we know.

The matrix is real. The Mind War has entrapped the minds of most of humanity, and most people live in a fantasy world totally disconnected from reality.

Fortunately, a liberation movement has arisen, the freethinking resistance, which is trying to help people free their minds.

The freethinking resistance is made up of diverse groups with various ideologies. Under normal circumstances, they would be competing with each other in their endeavors to win people over.

However, having realized the gravity of the situation, they have banded together in a loose alliance in resistance to the Mind War.

Basically, the freethinking resistance tells people: “We don’t care if you think like us, but please think. Do not lose your power of reasoning.”

Each of the diverse groups in the freethinking resistance believes it is better if people think and oppose their ideology than if they blindly follow the ideology.

Mindless followers often defect to the enemy, and even if they don’t, the fact that they don’t think things through deeply undermines the movement.

In addition, accepting mindless followers destroys a movement from within because it means that they have begun using the strategy and tactics of the enemy.

It is better to have a few followers who understand the goals of the movement.

And this is why encouraging people to think for themselves is the main objective of the freethinking resistance.

There is a system of mind control that attempts to discourage people from using their higher brain centers so their thinking becomes focused in their reptilian brain, which is the most primitive part of the brain.

In the triune brain model, the reptilian brain, also know as the brainstem or Reptilian complex or R-complex, is home to the lowest level of thinking and instinctive behavior; the mammalian brain (limbic system) is more advanced; and the neocortex is the most evolutionarily developed section of the brain and the site of most of the higher brain functions.

David Icke has posted an article (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sumer_...iles14.htm) on his web site explaining how people are being brainwashed through manipulation of the reptilian brain, which is done by mind control experts who enter the mind through the right brain, since it is relatively dormant in most people.

The promotion of a pseudo-culture based on materialism, sensuality, and avarice is a part of this process.

The CIA has been very active in the field of mind control for many years. One of the most infamous CIA mind control programs is MK Ultra, which includes Project Monarch.

In 1973, then CIA director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of all MK Ultra files. However, some files were not destroyed and can be viewed at the sites http://www.michael-robinett.com/declass/c000.htm and http://www.hiddenmysteries.com/freebook/mk/.

It is said that Unabomber Ted Kaczynski was a victim of the MK Ultra mind control program when he was a student at Harvard.

In “A History of MK Ultra” (http://www.mindcontrolforums.com/jewell.htm), Eric Jewell describes various aspects of the program, including MK Ultra’s connection to the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP).

In “Project MONARCH: Nazi Mind Control” (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociop...dcon02.htm), Ron Patton wrote: “Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework.”

Patton explained how the programmers use Project Monarch techniques to give their victims Dissociative Identity Disorder -- which he calls the “basis for Monarch programming” -- and then use the resultant multiple personalities to control the minds of these individuals and to store information.

In their book Trance Formation of America, (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociop...mation.htm), Mark Phillips and Cathy O’Brien describe some of the techniques used in MK Ultra/Monarch.

Although it is possible that most of the episodes described in the book are false memories implanted into O’Brien’s mind by her programmers/handlers, there is evidence that the MK Ultra/Monarch mind control techniques described in the book were actually used by CIA operatives, who learned them from Nazi mind control experts who were spirited out of Germany in exchange for information in Operation Paperclip.

MK Ultra/Monarch was allegedly shut down years ago, but most informed people believe it is still active.

According to some insiders, the Tavistock Institute is one of the mind control centers of the British intelligence agencies.

In Conspirators’ Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of 300, John Coleman stated that the Tavistock Institute has developed “mass brainwashing techniques” (http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?tit...tee_of_300) and is involved in the MK Ultra program (http://www.barefootsworld.net/tavistok.html).

Coleman wrote: “All Tavistock and American foundation techniques have a single goal -- to break down the psychological strength of the individual and render him helpless to oppose the dictators of the World Order. Any technique which helps to break down the family unit, and family inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by the Tavistock scientists as weapons of crowd control.”

The Leading Edge International Research Group (http://www.trufax.org) has put out a great deal of material on different levels of consciousness and mind control, most notably the Matrix series.

Of especial importance is the two-volume Matrix III -- The Psycho-Social, Chemical, Biological and Electromagnetic Manipulation of Human Consciousness (http://www.trufax.org/general/electro.html, http://www.trufax.org/general/chemical.html, http://www.geocities.com/alphacorps/matrix.html, (http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/har...rnment.htm).

A book review of Matrix III Volume 2 on the Kick Out the Jams site (http://www.kickoutthejams.net/) says: “This comes in three parts. The first two parts primarily look at the modification of our food, water and medical supply with mind-altering chemicals. The (next) part focuses mostly on our electromagnetic environment and how this has been tailored to purposefully fence us into a narrow mental outlook.”

Along these lines, the overprescription of psychotropic drugs like Ritalin and Prozac is believed to be part of the process of chemically altering human consciousness.

In his 1991 book Behold a Pale Horse, William Cooper compiled a number of key documents. Two of the most important are “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” (http://reactor-core.org/silent-weapons.html, http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociop...ooper2.htm), which Cooper said was part of the Bilderberg Group’s plan for global hegemony, and “From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory” (http://www.skilluminati.com/docs/MindWar.pdf), which was written in 1980 by Colonel Paul E. Vallely and Major Michael A. Aquino of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 7th Psychological Operations Group.

The late Bill Cooper was one of the people who helped popularize the new word sheeple, which is loosely defined as people who are being herded and led to the slaughter like complacent sheep.

Paul E. Vallely, who was promoted to the rank of major general before he retired, used the media to penetrate minds as a senior military analyst for Fox News from 2001 to 2007.

Michael Aquino was promoted to lieutenant colonel and later officially retired, although some sources say he is now a general in the National Security Agency working on the MindWar program.

The Resistance Manifesto author Mark Dice (former pseudonym: John Conner) briefly describes Aquino’s activities as a former member of the Church of Satan and the founder of the Church of Set, another Satanist church, in a section of his web site (http://www.theresistancemanifesto.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=30).

Following are some excerpts from “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars”:

“It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.”

“Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.

“This is achieved by:

“disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.

“engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:

“unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media -- especially the TV and the newspapers.

“giving them what they desire -- in excess -– ‘junk food for thought’ -- and depriving them of what they really need.

“rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.

“These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology.

“The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer solutions.”

“Media: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance.

“Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real history.

“Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.

“Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals.”

Following are some excerpts from the MindWar document:

“Mindwar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of all participants in a war that we will win that war.”

“Wars are fought and won or lost not on the battlefield but in the minds of men.”

“It is in their homes and their communities that they are most vulnerable to MindWar.”

“In its strategic context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe… through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth… State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago.”

“For the mind to believe in its own decisions, it must feel that it made those decisions without coercion. Coercive measures used by the operative, consequently, must not be detectable by ordinary means.”

“There are some purely natural conditions under which minds may become more or less receptive to ideas, and MindWar should take full advantage of such phenomena as atmospheric electromagnetic activity, air ionization, and extremely low frequency waves.”

“ELF waves up to 100 Hz are once more naturally occurring, but they can also be produced artificially… ELF waves are not normally noticed by the unaided senses, yet their resonant effect upon the human body has been connected to both physiological disorders and emotional distortion. Infrasound vibration (up to 20 Hz) can subliminally influence brain activity to align itself to delta, theta, alpha, or beta wave patterns, inclining an audience toward everything from alertness to passivity. Infrasound could be used tactically, as ELF waves endure for great distances; and it could be used in conjunction with media broadcasts as well.”

Another system of mind control is psychoenergetics (sometimes called psychotronics), which is based on the scalar electromagnetics technology developed by Nikola Tesla.

In “Scalar Wars, The Brave New World of Scalar Electromagnetics” (http://66.49.160.53/pub/bearden/scalar_wars.htm), Bill Morgan describes Tom Bearden’s work in this field, saying: “Psychoenergetics is simply using the scalar interferometers to manipulate and engineer the human psyche. To me it is the most mind-boggling and frightening aspect of longitudinal wave engineering.

“The mind is electromagnetic in nature, and itself of the time-domain. It is not observable in 3-space. There is no thing you can point to that is the mind. As Bearden says, ‘The mind is time-like.’

“The longitudinal scalar EM waves are also of the time-domain. By overlaying certain infolded patterns (oscillations in time) on the longitudinal waves, a thought or feeling may be made to arise in a person or persons who are in the interference zone (where the wave beams cross).

“The person will not notice anything, feeling that this thought or idea is his or her own idea. The longitudinal wave pattern might be a wave of panic or fear that spontaneously sweeps over you, perhaps inexplicably. It could even be in the form of a sudden intense patriotism. It could be explicit words and phrases, which everyone would think they had thought of by themselves. Or it could be rage and hatred, angry and violent. On the other hand it could also be a continuous sense of docility and placidity. This is the brave new world of psychoenergetics and the coming ‘Mind Wars’.

“Scalar psychoenergetics in its most primitive form simply entrains all minds in the target area into a deep hypnogogic trance. In this state of mind people would be suddenly extremely suggestible, and would likely believe anything they are told, and would obey any orders given.”

On his site (http://www.cheniere.org/explore%20articl...l3/p01.htm), Bearden wrote: “In these experiments, the experimenters will eventually be able to provoke any body or mind change they wish. Strong emotion. Intense pain. Intense pleasure. Painful thoughts. Images. Memories. Perceptions. Dreams. Visions. Memory losses. Memory changes. Personality changes. Etc. The ‘delta’ in the emission spectrum (the changes from zero reference spectrum) represent the precise totality of all mental, physical, organic, chemical, etc. changes and interactions.”

Bearden (http://www.cheniere.org/explore%20articl...l3/p05.htm) continued: “The implication is that in the West one or more highly classified, sustained, heavily funded developments in advanced mind control programs, probably exists and probably has existed for some time. Due to loose formation of rogue groups inside such programs, they may have dual or triple purposes, may not operate under very much legitimate government control at all, and may operate specifically for the purposes of the rogue group or groups that have gained control.

“In a nutshell, that’s what may be going on in the clandestine mind control projects in several Western governments. The involvement of at least some rogue groups, some being ‘cowboys’ who operate well outside all laws and ethics, could also result in such things as assassinations, clandestine testing on individuals without their consent, etc. In short, it could account for what seems to be actually occurring. As also is ‘usual’ in such a mess, one or more of the rogue groups eventually may become very powerful because their secret weapons are very powerful.”

Bearden (http://www.cheniere.org/explore%20articl...l3/p08.htm) added: “Sometimes when rogue groups do gain control and total secrecy of a given new technological area, then what appears to be ‘U.S. government operations’ do start to encompass criminal and unethical operations, hidden usually beneath the deep veil of high classification. Also, if it’s ‘scientific’, no one is ever brought to justice, even if the ‘evil science actions’ are uncovered and publicly revealed.”

Be aware of the array of weapons targeting your mind and put up barriers to the onslaught. You wouldn’t leave the door of your house open in a neighborhood full of thieves. It is even more important that you don’t leave the door to your mind open in a world full of mind control programs.

It is possible that much of this material is not true, and all of it could be part of an elaborate disinformation campaign. But if even some of it is true, the world is in big trouble.

“Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds,” Bob Marley said many years ago in “Redemption Song” and we should take his advice.

Diligently work to keep your mind free because the Mind War is real.
