I've been deprogramming for quite a while, but it only occurred to me the other day that there must be inherent differences between Monarch and Monarch Icon programming. For example, to be a Monarch Icon, you would likely go through very extreme 'installation' sessions, and have extremely deep forms of other programming. I feel that 'Icon' status is something you get from having survived incredible torture - and that many don't survive - or that your soul-personality and/or genetics have been manipulated. The programmers need to make sure these individuals will fulfill their programming functions, and not go AWOL.
I was also wondering whether Icons are imprinted on the the collective psyche right from a young age when they're unknown. This would allow them to be more accepted when their 'function' is activated.
It seems to me that there can be hidden Icons too: i.e. someone who is an unconscious Icon in their daily life, without being publicly acknowledged, and possibly is an influence on the Astral levels: a disguised Ritual Icon. However, this would still not have the exact same effect as those who are consistently imprinting the group mind.
If there are Monarch Icons, then what about Dragonfly Icons, Scorpion Icons, Greenstar Icons etc.? I feel there are specific symbols/images connected to Icon programming that unlock the deeper layers of information. I also feel there is a link to Oracles, because Icons are prophesying voices for the NWO/NWR.
I believe Icon programming can be a sign of strong Ego/Self-esteem issues, yet also an ability to lead that has been perverted. Also, there is the magnifying effect of the 'public eye' where the mind-patterns of Icon individuals are reflected back exponentially by vast groups of people. You either need great self-control, or to be extremely externally controlled.
