Night Sweats
#1
Don't know if any of you caught the running theme in Swerdlow's Q&A, here's where it started:

For several days I've been waking @ 2:30 AM feeling like I'm literally roasting & sweating profusely, then unable to go back to sleep. Do you think this is a stepped up version of the lastest ELF or pulsed microwave weapon being used on us? I know, might sound like a hot flash but it's way different--much more intense & why only @ 2:30 AM every day? Are there specific targets for this or am I just more susceptible & why? What protection needs to be used? How to deal w/this? I'm feeling totally fried & extra, extra crispy. Anyone else having this much fun? Thanks so much! [color="#0000ff"]Stewart's Reply: Wow--the SAME thing has happened to me!! Yes, it is a microwave bombardment. Those are the symptoms. They must be targeting certain frequencies. Well, at least you must be doing something right!

So it happens to Stewart too, then a whole bunch of others people wrote in saying the smae thing. I don't tend to remember what happens at night, but I do know that lastnight it was cool when I went to bed, and this morning it was cool when I woke up - yet at some point in the early hours I woke up absolutely sweltering! Something dodgy going on there.

Does anyone else get this? Or have any theories about it & why it's happening so much lately?

I have has this happen to me many times.. I actually have woken up in a puddle!
However, if you are in a lot of pain, during sleep your body can heat up to heal itself... Is not always the problem, but i do agree it must be ELf.
But this has not happened to me in a long time.

It's happened to me too but not for awhile since it has cooled off around here.

Hmm I didn't realise it was so widespread - I've had it before, but this was the first time it's been so obviously different from the temperature outside. Before I'd just assume my room was still warm from the daytime, but this time it blatantly wasn't!

That same night I woke without the heat but feeling like the middle of my brain was missing - it was such a weird sensation, like it had been closed off or scooped out. If it was a microwave thing maybe it had affected my pineal area & shut it down temporarily or something.

One thing that might help me is I sleep on a air mattress. No coil springs to amplify ELF.

Personally I think there is more to this phenomena than ELF. BTW...it's been going on as described for years. No doubt Swerdlow is looking to cash in on it somehow which is why he chooses to post it on his Q&A. He posts nothing there he can't cash in on.Most of his replies contain the advice ..."buy my  book ..... buy my DVD "ad nauseum.

You make a good point Richard regarding the air mattress.  Also, consider what you eat before bed.  Eating meat and/or drinking alcohol can intensify night sweats.

Yes people who are having night sweats might want to test their ph levels. An imbalance either way, too acid or too alkaline, could contribute to night sweats.

i had "night sweats" alot as a matter of fact sometimes still do. that makes sense about when your body heals itself it heats up. in my dreams where ive woken up clothes drenched ive either been fighting a crowd of people or running or in a crash multiple things that leave me feeling like holy sh*t real or fake? alive or dead? lol..ive basically had these as long as i can remember i never really thought they were called night sweats just normality
