No Dreams
#31
Stewart talks about this on one of his DVDs. He says you can run a defrag program, firewall, antivirus, and even spyware remover. Anything you can do on a 3D computer, you can do on the computer of the mind.

i had it delete the mojority of my old mind pattern, reprogramming in new ones. much liek the brown x to a new thought technique. overall i found it's best to release them up, then brown x them to make sure they don't return.

HEllo Everyone again

I would like to thank everyone for the info. It is very valuable. I it gives me a lot to think. Maybe it is the programming that is causing the lack of dreams and unability to find the T-bar.

Thanks again . I feel at this forum like I am in a different world.:eek:Very open minded people.

So... bottom line is that
YOU have to fight for your dreams by learning hyperspace techniques and deprograming yourself.
Am I right? that is the only way...

P.S
I'm just like U TruthSeeker.... don't remember my dreams at all...

TruthSeeker, there is an easy method of balancing the T-bar. You probably know that placing the dot in the circle has the same effect as anyone doing their T-bar exercises, but I have more to add:

When you place your palm against a sheet of paper and begin drawing, you already have the general picture in mind, right? There is a trick to visualization that will really benefit you. If you imagined violet hands or the concept that you are drawing the archetype (mentally act this out), you will have prepared yourself with a general idea of the shape, then this is the time when you just visualize it. The result is you don't focus the archetype peice by peice with uncertainty, but the entire archetype that you should be "drawing" is anchored into your mind's eye.

Also helpful is that you place your index and middle finger on either temples, so that you can kinesthetically position the archetype at the pineal gland.

Both of this has helped me 100% of the time. You will be surprised of the effectiveness of hyperspace techniques.
