To have Pisces in your chart provides a challenge like no other sign, and like iqhunk details it does not matter where this sign is, only that you have it, Pisces is the last sign and the mutable nature holds energy from all other signs. The energy is difficult to generalize as Pisces are so diverse and is often dominated by the stronger energies in the individualââ¬â¢s chart (the moon, mars etc).
The principles of true astrology are slowly being recognized, many DVDââ¬â¢s out now begin with information on how the astrological calendar impacts and enables energy for the agenda.

A very good source of material on what can information can be recovered through regression is "Convoluted Universe: Book Two" by Dolores Canon.
One regression session pointed out that the Higher Self's Reviewing Angels or Elders of our soul personality wanted the soul personality to choose the Sun Sign and Moon Sign for the next incarnation on Earth.
The "Draconic" chart is a chart that is a shift of all panets with True Node at 0.0 Aries. This is a very powerful indicator of our past life and past life contacts.
I am amazed every day to see my relatives Sun , Moon or Saturn position land bang on target on my own Draconic Chart's Saturn, Asc, Mars, Venus or Asteroid Karma. And vice versa.
The Draconic Saturn, Draconic Asc, Draconic Moon and Draconic Asteroid Karma when mapped to current Sun, Saturn and Moon can paint an approximate picture of the previous past life issues, without the need for regression.

Best is self study, just compare your Natal chart to the Draconic Charts of 12 family and friends closest to you.
And then study their Natals to your Draconic.
This will teach you all there is to know.
Example 1:
My Mom's Draconic Moon = 14.1 Leo
My Wife's Draonic Moon = 14.3 Leo
My Natal Saturn = 14.25 Leo
Example 2:
My mom's Draconic Venus = 0.0 Aquarius
My son's Natal Moon = 29.3 Capricorn
My dad's Draconic Asc = 29.4 Capricorn
Example 3:
My mom's Draconic Asc conjuncts my brother's Natal Venus and my mom's sister's Natal Venus at 27 Gemini.
Example 4:
My dad and one brother have Draconic Moon at 18 Pisces
I have Draconic Moon at 16 Pisces.
My other brother has Draconic Sun at 17 Pisces.
The 4 examples show how the Draconic Chart confirms that all those close to us are astroloigcally linked with very very tight orbs of 1-2 degrees.
I found more than 100 valid cross links in my top 6 relations itself.

That's fascinating - thank you for sharing those examples.
I have seen similar trends when comparing natal charts within my family (such as my Pisces Sun conjunct my mother's moon, her Sun conjunct my Moon-Venus conjunction in Aries) and will be curious to see the extent to which it plays out as well in the Draconic charts.

This is a fascinating discussion of astrology and past life regression.
Hi everyone. I've been extremely busy and more recently, hampered by a computer virus (among other problems) courtesy of Mercury retrograde and friends. I will have to look into why this Mercury retrograde seems so harsh.
My mars is in Pisces, first house, as is Chiron in Aquarius. I have never had to try too hard with past life regressions.
So by reliving the past life, do you mean jumping into the movie in your head instead of remaining a detached observer above the scene? I find that even though I have remained detached, I still felt the intense feelings of the me in the movie. And remaining detached seemed to give me the ability to see the relevance of why the scene was brought to my conscious mind in the first place (ie., the lesson).
I think Stewart Swerdlow makes a good point in one of his books about some people choosing to play the victim and others choosing to play the abuser (or trying out both). I have certainly seen that theme played out over my lifetimes that I have viewed featuring others in my birth family. I find that when the drama is being actively acted out in the current life, there is less of a need to focus on past lives, especially if we are consciously addressing the problem (whether we are wringing our hands or taking the bull by the horns).
I have not investgated my birth family member charts enough to determine house cusps, but I have printed out and very briefly reviewed planet placements. My mom's north node sits in exact degree to my natal chiron. It has always been a crazy karmic relationship where I play the victim and the mother (even though I'm now the daughter). A friend pointed out to me years ago after a particularly disturbing incident that we have exchanged the mother daughter roles over many lifetimes. I can see this, as my current life has always reeked of it. Interestingly, I have not seen any past lives with her in regression.
Other things I think that say a lot about past lives are major aspects and critical degrees. The more exact the aspects, the more compelling. I have several major aspects, but the one that has me stumped is the Yod I have where all planets/points are in exact degree! The apex is the north node. The base is formed by two planets that are each in the sign of the other's ruler. The south node (past life) is, of course halfway between the two planets at the base of the Yod in mutual reception. I am sure that the fact that it is a Yod has a lot to do with my blindness to it's meaning.
And then there are the indicators in the chart of the ages in which you have lived. Barbara Hand Clow (astrologer, etc.) discusses these theories of the Aeons of human life on this planet in her book, "Catastrophobia".
Honestly, If I found a genie in a bottle, I think one of my wishes would be for the wherewithall to make sense of these theories and bring them to the collective consciousness.

Spiritvoyager,
Pisces in the 1st house is interesting, what sign is your node in and which house? and what is your ascendant, knowing these will give you more understanding of where you have been in the past.

Hi Astrojewels. It's so great to chat in almost real time and I miss your wise insights.
My north node is in the 10th in Saggitarius. (Clue to my handle spiritvoyager) So my south node (past life), (at the center of the base of my yod is in Gemini, sign of my sun.
My ascendant is 1 degree 45 min Aquarius, so I am both Aquarius and Capricorn rising.
I have read everything I could find about yods so I know they represent difficulties that must be overcome before the objective of the yod can be reached. But seeing how this has played out in my life as I can with other aspects is what has me stumped. And it has me fascinated because it is the only aspect in my chart where everything is in exact degree. North node 8 degrees Sagitarius (10th house). Moon 8 degrees Taurus (3rd? house). Venus 8 degrees Cancer (6th house)

Spiritvoyager,
You have caught me at a very good time, and time is my enemy! I try to avoid the degrees and aspects, to some astrologers it is very important but to me it just creates the chart to become overly theorized and complex, I only use them for twins. I work with the energy of the sign in the house and how the signs come together.
So briefly looking at the major points of you chart, and the connective energy of your past life-streams- Sagittarius node indicates that you have spent many lives discovering the way others think, and what motivates them to be who they are, you have an analytical mind, always thinking and problem solving, you are gifted in speech and communication.
The Pisces mars in the 1st house is your challenge, because the past life experiences have given you awareness of others behavior yet this journey has made it difficult to find what you want, and find a comfort zone with your own spirituality and personality, so you understand others yet they do not understand you.
The cusp ascendant combined with the node in 10th house indicates that you biggest challenge is direction, and this will involve all areas and the thorn in your side is your fathers personality versus yours, this is what instills any indecisive energy.
You are also very intuitive, and it would seem the majority of your past life streams have been as a female.

Wow Astrojewels,
I own a lot of astrology books and I don't know how you came to some of your conclusions, but you are right on the money.
I do get that the father is represented by the 10th house. But to be honest with you, I have let go of all that daddy drama. The little girl who put daddy on a pedestal has grown up and can see the spoiled little boy he still is. He may still resent me for not being that adoring little girl, but that is his problem, not mine. Past life memories have definitely helped with that. Your points, however just gave me some light bulb insights about my yod, and how the other two planets are tied in with that theme, so thanks for that.
It does seem that it is much more difficult for those of us who see more than those around us to navigate life. The less perceptive are like those horses who wear the blinders that block their peripheral vision. And you can't be open with people like that, they are quick to attack.
And Pisces is a water sign. Personally, I find emotions harder to manage than thoughts. Maybe managing emotions comes more naturally to those with sun in Pisces?
I totally get what you mean about time not being your friend. I love hanging out here because of the exchange of information and ideas. However I have a lot of things to accomplish so that I can once again make time my friend. Today I treated myself for accomplishing the work of getting online after a computer crash.
