Past Life Regression

Spiritvoyager,

Books provide a certain amount of knowledge, but in astrology, you have to become the translator of that knowledge; find your own method and allow it to become part of who you are.

Managing emotions through Pisces does not come easy, no matter where it is placed however, being in the 1st house, it is a major challenge because mars is a directive planet, therefore many of your obstacles are centered around trying to analyze others emotions projected toward you, a difficult task, and having that Venus cancer would not help either!

Since we are talking about past life-streams here, the issues you have with time now/presently are reflective of those lives; I can tell you personally that is the reason why time is my enemy.

Fascinating. I am a Capricorn with some kind of Scorpio influence. Would that fall into the theme here?

I just wanted to comment on some dreams that were so real to me I tend to equate them to experiences I had in past lives. They were like vivid memories.

I remember being face down behind a mound of black sand on a beach somewhere, troops beside me, wearing combat gear, and clutching a rifle. I could taste the sand and the thick black smoke. There were explosions, loud aircraft flying overhead, the sound of some commotion amongst the troops, and far off gunfire. My senses of smell and taste were overwhelmed, but in my other dreams I have neither. Also, I had no control of the body I was in, it was like watching a movie from behind someone's eyes.

I later saw a documentary about Iwo Jima... it seemed to fit the setting of the dream perfectly.

Another vivid dream had me alone in the desert somewhere out west. I remember being thirsty and very hot, but without a single drop of sweat. There were big red rock formations, cacti, and some desert-type plants. I had on layers of clothing, boots, and a wide brimmed hat, like something from the 1800s. Once again I could smell the hot desert air, and taste the dust on my clothes... this is very unusual in my dreams. I walked slowly until I reached a cliff with sharp rocks far below. I stared down at them for a long time, then took a single large step with one foot over the edge. I plummeted. Again, I had no control of my body. I fell down head first and the rocks flew up towards me. They were inches from my face the instant I woke up.

I have heard people that drown in past lives fear water. eg.
I have a fear of heights. This could be a result of a decision I made a few hundred years ago... though I have no idea why I would have made it.

Hi Zodd42,

Welcome to the forum, dreams are fascinating and can often be clues to past life-streams, we do have a dream section here on the forum. I would have to know more detail to comment on your astrological placements.

Yes your fears can be the result of past occurrences, and your fear of heights could be that you once died from falling, especially if that fall was a long way down and you had those moments to think on things, as your last thoughts can be your re-entry energy next time around. You would have to do some past life regression to know why you did what you did, there could have been a very logical answer, perhaps behind on the cliff face stood the army of your enemy, it could be many things.
