The beigest shocker was Gail took all the blame and they Swindlows never got into any trouble over it. They have a friend on the police force and that's what keep on out of jail. Or it could have been the CIA stepped in to hekp stoy out the Swindiows out of jail.
Then I've no doubt he set her up for it and got his CUT from the seizings along with a pat on the back from those who despise him most but won't show it till they deem he knows too much. Cops hate informants more than they do "criminals". The latter have proper allegiance, the former do NOT, hence the term "DOG".
